This beautifully updated apartment is located in a home originally built in 1875 and was newly updated in 2016. Guests will enjoy the location, which is right across the street from the south end of Forsyth Park and offers classic charm in an urban setting. This apartment encompasses the entire top floor of this home and features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area has ample seating, a decorative fireplace, large flat-screen TV, and a sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is newly updated with stainless steel appliances and a dining area with seating area for 4.

The Primary bedroom features a King size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a TV. The guest bedroom, which is accessible from the primary bedroom only, is furnished with 2 Double beds and a TV. The apartment has been carefully maintained and includes beautiful and stylish furniture and accessories, refinished floors, high ceilings, and more! There are an in-unit washer and dryer, central air/heat, and wireless internet.

This home has a shared entryway and shared front porch from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of Forsyth Park. Note: Fireplaces are sealed and non-working, but they add to the ambiance. No off-street parking is available. This surrounding neighborhood offers free street parking. In order to access the Primary bedroom (with the King bed), you must pass through the 2 Double bedrooms. This home is separated from the park by Drayton Street which is a well-traveled one-way road with a speed limit of 35, there may be street noise.

Guests can walk or bike to many nearby amenities including Forsyth Park: Many events are held at the park throughout the year. It is a great choice for picnics, outdoor sports, walking, and jogging. Just across the street are the free tennis courts! This is also where you will find the famous Forsyth fountain and is a popular spot for weddings in Savannah. Great little place!
Only problem was parking...it was survival of fittest...we parked along the street next block over then we literally got blocked in! It could use a new bed....but its vacation so there's that 😀. Local transportation was great! But only ran until 7 pm....be prepared to walk! Great place ...clean...not comfortable..but we didn't stay home long!

The check in process was smooth and easy. I appreciate the outreach call before check in and during our stay. I love that we’re right across from the park, walking distance from Kroger/Starbucks, local coffee shop, and SCAD. The walk to the main road by the river was a leisure 1 mile walk and you could experience squares all along the way! The place was clean and all our needs were met. My only gripe would be the 2 beds were very noisy. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Other than that, the experience was Grade A!

A little disappointing for the cost. Good location with ample parking. Attractive vintage property. Some of the lights did not work. The cable service did not work even after we had maintenance guy come out. Some of the communications with the mgmt company were misleading. Not that bad, just not worth the money.

Great home across from Forsyth. Not too close to downtown but we did walk down there twice so it’s close enough. Lots of places to walk to. Super clean, decorated nicely. Plenty of room.

Nice decor. Okay Location. No internet.
Very nice decor and comfortable beds. Okay location - you're at the farthest south end of the historic district. You're on Forsythe Park but you're looking at the parking lot/tennis court. Street noise would finally abate around midnight. No internet-they had us reset it which we did about 10-12 times over a 4 day stay, but it only worked about 30 minutes total - which was a common complaint of other renters as well. 5 minute walk to small food markets, 2 minute drive to Krogers. You have to just find free parking on Park Avenue which isn't far and we didn't have a problem at all, but it wasn't a busy time either (March). We chose the upstairs apartment so we wouldn't have to hear people walking around at night - I believe we chose correctly.

Beautiful and Clean
This place is nicer than the photos yet it looks great in the photos. Extremely easy check in and out. Perfect location on Forsyth Park and a hop, skip, and jump away from a fantastic coffee shop. Dot, free shuttle, stops a short block away. The place was very clean. The only minor problem was that the internet did not work for TV or our devices and the office closed at 6 so we could not call until 9 AM the next morning. We arrived past 6. Management was very helpful and internet was functioning when we returned from our tour. I would love to stay here again for a long time!

This a a beautiful and comfortable home on Forsyth Park.
Wonderful place to stay for a getaway. I would stay here again! Comfortable sleeping for 6 with a pull out sofa in addition to that. I just love the proximity to Anaya coffee shop and 700 Drayton. This is by far one of the best ways to experience Savannah. The only downside i would say is that you can hear the sound of cars passing by. This home was built before there were cars! The noise didnt bother us at all, but if you think it might, just bring earplugs or a sound machine and enjoy this lovely piece of history!
