Not bad considering it's the cheapest hotel in town. I travel a lot on business and frankly I don't care about jacuzzis, weight rooms, etc. When I trundle in at 12:30 AM.
So getting down to the basics, the room was small, but clean. I felt safe in the area. The shower had plenty of hot water. The air conditioner was cold. The bed was very comfortable. There were no odors The tv worked fine. My late night check in went smoothly
Having said that, my room was nothing like the pictures. The comforter had a cigarette hole and the tub has a weird stain and holes perhaps from an inconsiderate smoker. The strike plate wasn't aligned properly for the deadbolt on the door, but a chair wedge under the door handle took care of that adequstely. The dressers were surprisingly nice, if old with solid marble tops.
So if you're a family on a vacation trip and you can afford a more upscale place then yes you can do a lot better, but if you're just wanting a clean, safe comfortable no frills place to sleep, this hotel is fine.
