I tried several times to reach front desk before arrival. I was continually disconnected. When I finally did get someone to answer, I was put on hold for 8 minutes. I asked for additional pillows at the front desk at 2pm. At 8pm, there were no pillows. Castle got me the pillows and was courteous and professional. The breakfasts were really varied and plentiful. Since it was so cold where we ate, there should have been more heat in the dining area. The sliding doors to the outside kept opening which made it very uncomfortable. The location of the hotel was ideal.

Fantastic area in downtown historic downtown Savannah. When checking out the gym, I noticed the laundry facilities were free for guests… nice touch! Free wine , beer and appetizers at 5:30 pm was also a nice touch.

Liked the location. Nice & clean room. We stayed December 29 & 30, with increased price & quite spendy for what was offered. They do not or as I was told have ever had a restaurant. Which was quite disappointing after a long day drive. Bar area was also closed & only open one eve. They had a free happy hour on our last eve that was nice. We paid for parking which wasn’t necessary for handicap. The buffet breakfast was not much more than eggs & meat.

This is a great hotel if you’re traveling with your dog. The staff is the friendliest people and very efficient. Parking is very convenient and it’s best to include it with your reservation with Expedia. Location is perfect to walk everywhere. Hotel has a social hour with delicious food and drinks at the lobby.

This was my husband's and my first visit to Savannah, and the hotel did not disappoint. The location was excellent! It's directly across the river and on what I call a city's strip,' so everything was within walking distance. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and welcoming. We would absolutely book again!

The hotel is in the prime location just one road apart from river st. Have access to different attractions on foot. Room rent is economical. Parking is near by for those travel by car. Reception is lively and welcoming. Room service and pantry/breakfast persons seem to be annoyed and not supportive. We haven’t received any room service at all during stay. Door tag was also missing. Windows were dusty. It provided kitchen and utensils that were helpful. Breakfast was also good and liked by my family.
