We stay at this property because of location. They have updated the pool, however, carpets are dirty, toilet seat should be replaced. There were men sitting in hallway at 11:30 at night; they were not noisy just disconcerting. Breakfast items are marginal. Would be great to have some healthy options ie Greek yogurt, peanut butter,, maybe raisins for oatmeal

First, the small amount of staff we encountered very nice. Second, this location can be very lucrative as it is 5 minutes from beach at Warren dunes. The issue is that the whole place needs uodating. Yes, rooms were clean but they looked so outdated minus the new led tv. The bathroom shower had layer of wear from so many years just looked not inviting. I think with a good update to the rooms I would definitely comeback till going to visit he holiday inn and Fairfield in the area.

For how expensive this hotel was it was NOT nice enough. The whole place smelled kind of strange, the amenities were old and out dated. The price for this stay was ridiculous. Also, breakfast ends at 9 and that’s just too early. Drop the price and it’d be just fine but, the prices right now are robbery.

The other Quality Inns we have stayed at were clean and updated. This facility needs a little TLC. The carpet in our room looked very old. Fresh paint is always helpful. For the price we were very disappointed.

We always stay here when doing things for my daughter at Notre Dame. Its a little drive but continue to stay here because the staff is very friendly, the hotel is always clean and we enjoy getting some coffee in the morning.

Great Hotel
The establishment provided an exceptional lodging experience, surpassing all other hotels we have visited this summer. We have had the opportunity to stay at approximately five different hotels during this season. The cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable, and the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the proximity of the swimming pool, and the convenient location offered easy access to a variety of restaurants.

The room was quiet and comfortable. Surprisingly at night there was a light at the bottom edge of both the tub and toilet which was sufficient so that one did not need to turn on the light which also turned on the noisy fan. Beds were comfortable, linens were fresh smelling and abundant. We did not care for the hallway deodorizer which was overwhelming.

I was on the 3rd floor and it smelled like Curry. Really overpowering smell of curry. The whole place had that smell, but it mostly came from the rooms with the pushbutton code locks near the stairs, so not a guest, it was someone tied to the hotel. My bar was set low for this one, I just needed a place to sleep. In that case it met my requirements. Except for the curry, wow.

Deferred Maintenance
Nice people, friendly staff. Our stay was quiet and convenient. My biggest complaint is deferred maintenance. The light fixture cover at our vanity fell off for no reason, other than it appears that it had no mechanical fasteners installed through either of the holes at the ends. We observed big clumps of grass in the same stairway two mornings in a row (how often do they clean the common areas?). And on our last day, I rode the elevator with a sizeable, unidentified bug. Due to the seeming lack of investment in routine maintenence, we won't stay here again.
