We provide units that sleep two guests, four guests, and five guests. However, this unit sleeps four individuals (double size bed in bedroom and pull out couch/double). All rental units have one (1) car parking in our parking lot. We are on Ocean Terrance & Sampson Avenue. All units are freshly painted and beautifully decorated with new showers, televisions, coffee makers, stoves, sinks, refrigerators, furniture, bedding and pull out couches to provide additional occupancy in the units. These units have air conditioning and heat for rentals seasonal and Off Season Get-A-Ways. Guests can expect their rental experience in a quiet, relaxing environment. Our property is owner managed and professionally cleaned.

Awesome location!
My sister and I had a great weekend getaway! Short walk to everything! You can see the boardwalk from the room! Paul was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and exactly as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend. I’m sure we will be back again !!
