Although the hotel itself is not what you’d expect from a Hilton brand hotel, the staff we encountered were phenomenal! Very friendly, helpful & accommodating. The rooms were clean, but could use some TLC.

Everything was completely clean and staff was on top of anything that we needed regardless what time it was. What was amazing was that the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and recommended amazing places to go eat and walk to. Definitely will stay here again if we ever go up to Seattle area again!

Hotel Great but Located Next to Homeless Camp
Hotel was great but security for the parking is lacking as our car window was smashed and $2,000 worth of stuff was stolen. The manager was great but did mention that there is a homeless camp next door. If I knew this ahead of time I would not of chosen this hotel with long term parking.

We were a little disappointed by the early ending of the breakfast. We also booked at this hotel especially for our party of 5, expecting a sofa bed to use. When we went to pull the bed out, it had a sign that indicated it was out of service. Overall, it was an average but safe place to stay with our family of 5.

Great place to stay before an early SeaTac flight, or after a late one. Genial staff, comfortable rooms, a pool area, cafe and best of all, a real breakfast that includes eggs or omelet cooked the way you like them, if you like.
