So they use a different picture on the website for the room a then when you arrive the room looks nothing like the room on the site . The shower was slippery with no matting and the water pressure was low and slow as week . Additionally they charge for parking a car on the property with a note saying a lot of break ins a they’re not responsible for your car !! So charge me an additional $18 to park my car !! First and last time using this property!! I’ll pay a little more for a better secured location closer to the airport . Avoid

Room was clean and staff curtious. Breakfast was okay but not great. The rooms were not super quiet. We could hear rooms above us as well as the tram moving by and the planes overhead. A hot tub or pool would be nice.

The staff were all great. The amenities were very good. The room was more than adequate, except for one thing. The bathroom was a problem! During the night while others were sleeping the fan was very noisy. The light was very bright, altering my pupils, and I couldn't see to get back to my bed. But our greatest complaint from the guests in both rooms was that dreadful sliding thing in place of a bathroom door. It was totally inadequate. I can't understand why anyone anywhere would use such a thing. It doesn't close, it doesn't seal, it offers little privacy. Please bring back solid doors that close for the bathrooms. It is enough to make me want a different hotel if a hotel doesn't have a closing, solid door.

Room was spotless. Check in was quick and easy. Included breakfast was great!! Only thing I didnt like was the barn door over the bathroom. It was hard to open and close and left a large gap so my family could hear everything. Fine for couples but not great for a family.

Unfortunately the air conditioner was nosey and didn't let me sleep. There was a strange rattling noise the entire time. Breakfast was decent the first day, the second day we were hoping to eat prior to us leaving for our flight and when we got to it, nothing was set out really and we spent a little more time waiting for things to be brought out and by the time everything was brought out we have to leave to catch our flight. Probably will pass on this accommodation if we come back to Seattle.

The room was comfortable. No pool, hot tub, bar, or restaurant. Water in the room was undrinkable. Having to pay additional to park when all that needs to be done is issue a parking pass. Just a cash grab. Water available in the soda machine is also a cash grab.

Low staffing. Although staff was polite, Only one staff to check in incoming late arrivals. Lobby dated. Bedroom was dated. Old loud aircon unit in room with a fake thermostat on wall. They spent most monies on trying to update the bathroom. Waited nearly 1/2 hour at airport for the free shuttle even after calling front desk.
