Was tye worst experience at this hotel. We unfortunately stayed when they hosted an xmas party. They put us on the same floor next to all the drunk guest. They were up till after 3am yelling, slamming doors, cursing, banging the walls and floors. My two young kids didnt need to hear all of what was yelled and couldnt sleep. Breakfast was disgusting. Found hair in the eggs in the serving container. Wont be staying here again.

we specifically filter woth pool hitels and this shows up then the pool in on renovations ??? what the ???we are very unhappy paying almost 300 dollars a night …that is not very nice 😞

We booked this and there was no indication the pool was down for renovations. They offered nothing in return and didn’t seem to care that we were not notified. It’s nice but staff is lacking. Also the breakfast is actually gross. Not a true breakfast and the meat option looked like dog food in the pan. Every person complained. Would not stay here again if breakfast and pool is important. They charge for parking which is also ridiculous.

Family getaway
It was our first visit to the hotel. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast was good and their dining area is very nice ambiance and atmosphere. Didn’t get to try the billiards room or the pool but makes me want to come back again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is amazing being so close to Alderwood Mall.

Great visit to Seattle !
We had a great stay . The rooms were spacious and offering all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The on-site breakfast was really good , coffee bar great ! The location was also perfect, close to key attractions .

Place under renovations but no notice prior to booking that pool closed and door would be open for moving people during the day when it was 30 degrees. A heads up would have been nice. Otherwise great service.

The staff were great. Having a dog and having to use the elevator is tricky. I would recommend putting dog owners on the lower level. I did not ask, so I have responsibility there too. The walls are very thin and I could hear all the adjacent noise (and I can sleep through anything!)

We stayed due to an extended power outage at home. In addition, having had surgery the week prior I was unable to drive and my husband works nights. Great walkable location with breakfast included. With the late hours we keep, we went to breakfast in the last half hour and it was scarce. But we were able to get a little something and get back to resting. Graciously, we were granted a late check out the last day to help accommodate more sleep with our schedules.

Good stay as always. Renovations happening so elevators take forever to arrive. One of the elevators is reserved for workers only. Moat of the time it is empty but we are not allowed to use. Asked for an extra pillow but reception asked me to come down to grab it myself. Was not asked if I was a Hilton Honors member. Did not receive the free water, etc.

Very nice and comfortable stay for a few nights. The King suite was very spacious and clean. Good access to the I-5 to easily get to Seattle and the surrounding area. Front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. Only downside was the $12/night parking fee, but otherwise, had an overall great stay.
