Beautiful hotel with lots of amenties that families will enjoy. Courteous staff, clean rooms, awesome pool and jacuzzi overlooking the streets of Seattle. Steam room, gym, and sauna are sweet too. Pretty good restaurant and cool bar. And location is excellet. Would definitely go back!

Staff was efficient but pretty low energy. I feel sorry for them having to deal with outside problems related to drug users and disorderly conduct. No police presence ever seen and people would be laying across sidewalks close by for hours. Clearly not hotel staffing fault but hotel leadership needs to make city officials be accountable for this mess in order to run a safe and inviting business for visitors and staff. I’d recommend Buddy system if staying at this hotel and never walk alone especially before dawn or after dusk. Valet was easy and quick, room check in was 4 pm on the dot and we were 15 minutes early so we were made to wait, irony was no bar or restaurant service available until 4pm as well so was kind of awkward waiting with 15-20 other people hanging in the lobby area. Average place. Be safe on the streets.

I stayed here for a convention. it was close by, easy to find. the room was clean and simple. nothing elegant or fancy about it. it is on the spendy side, especially with the daily valet parking price added. 20 minutes streight shot to the pier. staff were kind and very helpful.
