No toilet paper, bed was old and very uncomfortable. There were drunk homeless people in the parking lot. No hot water and very dirty room

The room was below average no ameneties no glasses to drink water, no bathroom stuff, we also ask maid service next day and still they did it. even bed was not comfortable if I could get refund I would cancelled reservation onspot

These guys are thieves. They stole my deposit and charged extra on my card. I am in the process of disputing the charge. Business practices such as these will certainly be bad for business and will probably cause them to fail. I will be reporting them to several authorities. Buyer beware.

The bed was good . They updated a few things in the room we were in . It's loud, really loud and right in the courtyard, right outside of the window. The staff doesn't know how to rebook a room so we had to pay another deposit when adding a night. It's a to go breakfast,a banana and a package dessert with a water.
