The staff and cleaners are very polite. The restaurant downstairs is pretty good. Fish n Chips were a hit along with the wings, burgers and shrimp. I accidentally left my wedding band in the room and they placed it in a padded envelope and mailed it to me the same day as well. Good people there.

No hair conditioner in the bathroom so if you’re a long haired person bring hour pen. Rooms not at all sound proof - felt like our neighbours were into the same room with us from conversations to bathroom use. Location ok but as with all downtown Seattle the homeless and addict population is staggering and uncomfortable

We loved our stay at Warwick and we are considering staying here again in the future with hopes that the hotel will work on upgrading their facilities. The location itself & the staff were fantastic. It would be much appreciated if the check in instructions upon arrival were clear. We weren’t informed that we can park in the unloading zone so that it would be convenient for the visitors especially for us that we have small kids & a multiple number of luggages. The parking lot is a jungle. Such a hassle to find a spot, always busy in there. Its kinda annoying that the parking building doesnt have an elevator. We have to take a flight of stairs & annoying to carry our heavy luggages with us & not to mention that there is a strong smell of pee. Very unpleasant. We loved that there is a pool & a tiny hot tub. Maintenance & facilities needs to be updated & looked after. The washroom ceiling is almost falling apart. There is no hot water shower. No exhaust fans. Please please pay attention & make improvements. Warwick hotel is almost a perfect place, it just needs a little more loving. Thank you.

While the property is a bit tired. The staff was great, there was variety in food and drink venues and the property was clean overall. Also close to May attractions.

Friendly front desk and super comfortable beds !
Stayed there due to its location to the Moore theater. Plus, I had stayed there before. The front desk staff super friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant staff could use some training. We waited for 15 mins before someone took our drink orders and there was no one in the bar or restaurant it was 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. The rooms are great the beds are so luxurious and lots of pillows ! The issue was that there was not a updated plug in it didn’t have a USB CHARGER plug-in :( thank goodness I did have a usb cube.

It’s a great location. The small balcony was amazing. The building was older. It was clean, but the age of the place showed. Older fixtures showing ware. The staff were amazing and kind. My reservation got a little messed up and the staff comped the parking. So that was a great compromise.
