The hotel staff was phenomenal. It’s a downtown hotel or a major city, so we seen a lot of drug use, homeless people. Which is what it is, the hotel cannot control that. Overall experience of the hotel itself was definitely a 4.5/5

Hotel is very nice. Super cute lobby with jazz in the background. Rooms very sufficient. Bathrooms quite clean with ample counter space. Hotel restaurant is not very good though - suggest getting food elsewhere.

Liked that is was walking distance to a lot of things and restaurants. Quiet and clean. Did not like that I got charged $42 a night (4nights)for parking when I didn’t even have a car… emailed and no response back.
