Customer service by the 2 young ladies that worked the second shift was amazing. Might be the most friendliest people that I have ever dealt with in a hotel. Will definitely stay there again next year.

Main issue was not receiving a cleaning and running out of soap after one use. I would think housekeeping would have stopped by to clean and before arriving restocking soap. No welcome on the TV like all prior Tru stays. Breakfast was the same as prior Tru stays which was good. Wish water bottles were in the room though.

I don’t think the rate through Expedia was very low. 134/day but it might have been a good price. Don’t travel often So I felt I paid more for less amenities. Missed coffee in the room and drawers

I did not feel like the linens and cloths were clean! Called for additional, no one came. Had to go downstairs and get them myself. Shower had old hair and products on the shower floor. I was just disappointed.
