The rooms are very nice, unfortunately our room location was bad, likely one of the worst location in the complex. Had to take elevator to 3 floor and then take down stairs to access unit on the second floor, no direct access to 2nd floor units. Also the shops and restaurants are right across from our room and smoke and steak smell completely filled our room, as well as a trash truck came every morning before 6:30 AM to dump the dumpsters at the restaurant. Sink stopper did not work on sink, bathroom had faucet hose leaking inside cabinet. Housekeeping did not replenish coffee. Rooms are very nice just not the location we had.

We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet & nice. Only complaint was having to climb stairs down to our villa. Ages 92 & 80 made that challenging. Also wished there was a restaurant inside the resort & rides on a golf Cart because of the limited parking.

This resort exceeded my expectations and was much more beautiful than the photos on the website which never happens! I highly recommend this beautiful place that is surrounded by the magnificent red rocks of Sedona. The villa, pool, hot tub and all of it was romantic and gorgeous! All of our needs were met and I would definitely go back! The only mistake I made was staying one night. I cannot express how exquisite our stay was and would definitely come back for more!!!

Just a bad hotel, I am very surprised by any positive review of it, some of the pitfalls: - Not enough parking, I had to park my car about 200 yards from my room. - No water bottles in the rooms and the hotel doesn’t sell water! You have to jump in your car and go to town to get some bottles. I found this unbelievable. - Showers are VERY dated. - Walls are very thin, I could clearly listen to a couple arguing in the room next to ours. - There is a long and steep hill to get to the hotel from the street so is not easy to walk to town.
