Situated right off of SR 89, Sedona Adobe Cottage is extremely close to numerous shops, restaurants, galleries, and many other attractions and activities. You will truly enjoy your Sedona getaway.

The two-level, 2,194 square foot home features three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to six guests. Your furry family member can join you, as this property allows one pet (non-refundable pet fee of $200 and prior approval required).

Upon entering the home, you will step into the main living area, holding the living room, dining room and kitchen; all impeccably decorated.

Living Room: In the living room, you can settle back in large sectional sofa, watch your favorites on the 60” HD TV (with DISH programming/DVR) and enjoy the cozy gas fireplace. You'll also have easy access to the many patio areas.

Kitchen: The kitchen is large and fully equipped offering offers stainless steel appliances, lovely travertine tile flooring, large granite counter tops, and kitchen bar seating for two.

Dining area: The dining area offers a table with seating for six, and a wine bar with a two-zone wine fridge for those favorite chilled beverages.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms

Master bedroom (upper level) — King size bed, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, private balcony. The private bathroom offers two sinks, a soaking tub (with views!), separate tile shower, and water closet.

Bedroom 2 (main level) – Queen-size bed, 50” Smart TV, access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 (main level) – Queen-size bed, 40” Smart TV, access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

The private yard is peaceful and quiet, offering both covered and uncovered patio areas — all with views. The covered patio area features a sectional patio sofa. There's also a built-in BBQ with side burners, a 6-seat hot tub, dining table and chairs, gas fireplace and comfy lounge chairs.

Beautiful house with amazing view!
Beautiful home in the perfect location for our family of 5 adults. The property was beautiful and spacious. We loved the view from the master bedroom and the private hot tub was the perfect way to relax and the end of a full day of hiking. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We got the check in instructions and they were easy to follow and everything worked as it should. Even down to the appliances and the fireplaces, stuff just worked and we had no issues! The location is actually wonderful especially for people who like to escape from traffic and take walks. We would love to stay there again sometime!

This house was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. 3 couples enjoyed plenty of space. The hot tub was great, neighborhood was quiet (hopefully we weren't too loud for the very close neighbors!) and even though the house is in town, the view is still amazing.

Overall good stay
Property was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. You can tell care was put into this place and we felt very comfortable. Beautiful views. Also the yard had cute touches like bird feeders and decor which made a great environment to enjoy the weather. We did have a communication issue regarding the hot tub that wasn’t handled great. But the person we spoke with ended up apologizing and made it right. I would just recommend being careful while using the hot tub. They send someone out to service frequently and after using it once I got a call regarding the top that we apparently did not put on correctly and also the temp was put too low even though we didn’t mess with it? Hot tubs can be finicky I know and the Benefit of the doubt was not give to us unfortunately. Which is scary since the signs are everywhere that warn that they charge if anything goes wrong with it. But like I said, the apologized for mishandling the situation which is why we still have 4 stars.

Terrible experience
The house had spiders and I had 2 instances where spiders were crawling up my leg. The patio area had cobwebs and spiders around the out door fireplace, the bbq area and the spa. The outside fire place was not operable and did not work. The spa shorted out and lost all power the second we tried to turn on the jets. It was a very disappointing experience for the amount of money that I spent to have a nice place to stay for my fiancés birthday weekend. I am pretty unhappy with the conditions. Especially since my fiancé was very excited to sit out and enjoy the beautiful Sedona weather with the outdoor fireplace and spa. Those were 2 of the main reasons why we chose the location at 185 view drive. If we had known the condition we would never have spent that money on the place. We will most likely not use Vrbo again.

Amazing!
I cannot say enough about the property and the staff that manage it! First, they really undersell the views. It is just breath taking. The outside area has everything you need: hot tub, couch, tv, dining table, lounging chairs and electric fire place. In side there were so many nice little touches that allowed us to enjoy the stay. They had every switch labeled with which light/fan it controlled. They left helpful kitchen supplies like spices, aluminum foil, sugar, etc. things that in most VRBOS you have to purchase each time. This helped save us money when we purchased groceries. The staff was also so helpful with booking us experiences while we were out there and allowing us to check in a couple hours early. The location seemed to be so perfect. We were never more than 10 mins from everything we wanted to do. We loved this place so much and will recommend it to everyone who visits Sedona!

Lovely house and great location
House was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard is amazing and hot tub was perfect for chilly evenings. I only have two recommendations: the queen bed in the back room could be replaced and we could not get the drip coffee machine to work. It made coffee but we think there was something wrong with the water supply as the grounds did not get completely saturated. However, Keurig worked fine. Could have been a clog in the hose of the drip machine. Other than that our stay was perfect!

This is a beautiful home, loved the privacy and the view in the morning looking at the Red Rocks was phenomenal. Having the hot tub and grill were great after a long day of sightseeing. Home was spotless and the Master Bedroom and en suite was perfect Overall was a great place, we would absolutely stay here again.

This property was amazing. It highly exceeded our expectations. It had every amenity to make it feel like home. It was SO clean - everything was meticulous. The house cleaner does an awesome job and the owner did an equally wonderful job of thinking through everything. The views off the back porch and deck are breath taking. We'd love to come back and stay longer. The only issue we had was that our stay was too short!

Beautiful home with everything you need
We had a wonderful time at this property. The home is well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen has all of the essentials to cook for a family and space to do it. The layout was wonderful and everyone could be in the same area without feeling like you were invading one another's space. The outdoor patio and hot tub were wonderful, as we spent lots of our time outdoors enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery. The house was clean, updated, and was perfect for our family. The only drawback was the kitchen table that is a bit rough and can cause a splinter to two if you wipe your hand across it. We learned quickly not to do that. The location was perfect for us. It's close enough to get to the heart of Sedona easily but far enough away that you don't hear any traffic and feel removed from the hustle. We easily walked to some nearby restaurants. Two grocery stores are within a mile or two of the house. The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. Overall a wonderful property and a nice quiet street with a wonderful view. We would definitely come back here again.

Sedona had a storm with rain, thunder & lightening. The rain caused a leak in the bedroom ceiling soaking an area of the carpet. My special needs daughter was staying in that bedroom which had a door leading out to the back yard. We had to move her into the other bedroom which her brother was in, due to the leaking ceiling. There was also a black widow nest in the outside furniture next to the hot tub, and if that wasn’t enough, when my husband went out onto one of the levels off from the master bedroom to see what was causing the leak, he found a metal chair facing the master bathroom windows, that someone had been using to stand on to look in the bathroom windows!!! We paid over $1700.00 for 4 nights, Sunday - Thursday, but after finding the chair outside the master bathroom, left Wednesday morning. Will NEVER go back there again! You also have to sign paperwork that you won’t get a refund of any kind, no matter what, and cannot take them to court for anything! Definitely NOT worth the money spent!! Our advice......STAY AT A HOTEL!!!!

Beautiful casita, Great views, close to everything. We enjoyed the hot tub and the full seasoning rack a lot. The only thing I would change is to have amenities for baby’s instead of having to go through a rental company! But the rental babyquip.com/Debby was so helpful as well. Can’t wait to return and to this location as well
