Located just down the street with easy access to several hiking trails around Bell Rock and Courthouse. Just outside of Sedona. Looked like a nice golf course.

I typically keep my personal life off the internet because well no one needs to hear about the ugly BUT something happened on our last night of vaca I cannot let slide I took my 12 year old to the pool at the #Hilton where we stayed in #sedona I got out cause I was cold, and let him do his thing. I sit down in my seat and look over at the gentle men next to me’s table cause something caught my eye…HE WAS FILMING AND TAKING pictures of us while we were in the pool and still had his camera going while my 12 YEAR OLD is in the pool!! I instantly grabbed my son, I drove like a mad man to the front desk for help. We were alone at the pool, I didn’t want to start a confrontation because I didn’t know if the guy had a weapon and I wasn’t going to put my child’s life at risk. While at the front desk I had to WAIT for an assistant manager to clock back in which was about 10 minutes and yes I told the 3 employees standing in the front as soon as I pulled up. Another manager was there but too busy trying to book a room for a guest then a creepy ass man filming children at a pool So finally she got some info and went to the pool with “security” who is really a maintenance worker there. They finally come back, the guy was STILL there camera and all. They stated they confronted him and he took off in his car and got his license plate # and called the sheriff I can’t finish my review because of character limitations

Hiltons property in Sedona is outstanding in its location, amenities and customer service. Hiking, golf, fine or casual dining as well as local artists, sculptors, etc are all within a relatively short drive. The views must be some of the most awesome in the world.

Read previous reviews and was given great reviews however I was very disappointed. The rooms were outdated and run down and we had to move to several different rooms because there were many odors in several of the rooms. Lots of other customers were also complaining about various things in their rooms throughout the trip. Also the truck up two flights of cement stairs all day long is a pain. It was very dark at night and you could hear the coyotes not far away and even see them sometimes as well as lots of bats flying around and I don't feel as though the property was fairly well lit. Your door was right on the main sidewalks so I was constantly concerned about scorpions and snakes however luckily I didn't encounter any. The parking was very crowded. Pool and hot tubs and Views were lovely. They didn't clean our room daily only at the end of the week when we left and whenever you needed things like towels and washcloths or toilet paper you had to call and request it. Front desk staff tried their best to accommodate us by moving us to several rooms but the property definitely needs some updating. All the staff members we encountered were very pleasant as well as most of the timeshare users or other travelers. Definitely not a children's Resort just as an fyi. There aren't a whole lot of places to stay in Sedona but if I go back again I would likely stay somewhere else.

I didnt like the staff. She speaks very quit and no smile at all. Was late night and tired, looking around for the building. They should guide you to your building. No breakfast or good coffee To late check in and too early to clock out 4pm-10am? This not a day. No change to enhoy the club and they charged for it.

Property was clean and located adjacent to the golf course. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area and sunset viewing area were perfect amenities for the location. Unit finishes were a little dated but well kept. Only complaint during my stay was it was a bit far from town but perfect for a quiet stay.
