Fun Winter Getaway
Hosts, Suni Rae & Carl, did a great job providing us with info about this well-appointed, stocked & maintained property, and Sedona area pre-visit/on arrival date. Property location was great for accessing Sedona activities and sites nearby (Jerome, Montezuma/Tuzigoot, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, Camp Verde) for hiking, history, & scenic drives. Sedona weather was chilly & we really appreciated the living room fireplace! Recommend this property!

Fantastic stay!
Beautiful home in a quiet and pretty neighborhood. Had everything we needed and more. Light and airy, with fabulous outdoor spaces too. Near to hiking trails and shops/restaurants. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely recommend this place!

When we first entered the home I was immediately impressed by the spacious and bright home. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood in very close proximity to trailheads for moderate level hiking and terrific views. Perhaps my favorite part of this home is the private patio. With the mature trees and native plants it was a haven for bird watching and a wonderful place to relax after day long hikes. Super comfortable beds were a plus. We appreciated the attentiveness of the hosts, and would definitely recommend their vacation spot to others.

Great Location and Great Space
The location the of home is very close to everything in Sedona. Inside it has everything you need, and outside has everything you want. A view, stargazing in the front, and a peaceful and relaxing side yard for any weather. The hosts were great. They have thought of everything. I would definitely go back.

Excellent hosts provided a really comfortable stay by providing the MOST comfortable beds and a home stocked with everything you could need and more. Sweet little two bedroom was perfect for our needs and comfortable to come back to each evening to recline in back yard to stargaze.

My friend and I chose this property because it had similar rooms for each of us. Our hosts were so thoughtful. The property was stocked with everything one might need in the kitchen and throughout. It was so amazingly clean - they are obviously very proud of the property! I think about returning. it was perfectly located and quiet.

Welcoming driveway with room to spare, a killer view and so many patio areas to choose from. BBQ grill, full kitchen and amazing area to walk in the evenings. We loved our stay. t-The house is spacious, lovely and comfortable. We especially loved the living room with its comfortable recliners and stunning view. The best part though was the outdoor living areas. The patios and hillsides are so beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed simply basking in these spaces. Also, the Hosts are wonderful! helpful and joy filled.

Great location for easily reaching numerous places in Sedona without the main downtown traffic, as well as national parks like the Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest. House size was perfect for two couples and communication with the hosts was excellent. Highly recommend!

This property and owners Suni and Carl were the most attentive I have ever had at any vacation home. Friendly, gracious and very fast on the response any time I had questions or needed help. The area is quiet and you have a secluded, peaceful feeling here even though the main highway and all it's restaurants and services of Sedona are about 3 minutes away. And as for Sedona, in my 5 days here, I felt like I only scratched the surface! Anyways thank you Suni and Carl, you are top notch hosts and you have a top-notch vacation home with all the comforts!

Lovely location
We stayed for 4 nights during July. The accommodation was very well located and very comfortable. Suni & Carl were very communicative before we arrived, and Carl met us at the property to go over how to work the air-conditioning unit and some housekeeping details. He mentioned that we might notice some "sugar ants" on occasion and explained that as long as we kept our food sealed and off the counter, it wouldn't be a big deal. He left us with a cinnamon & peppermint spray and offered to return and deal with ants if they became a problem. Unfortunately, the property definitely has an ant issue. We encountered ants (and more than just a few) in all rooms of the house. They weren't a major issue, but it was annoying to have to spend time killing and spraying for ants. Apart from the ants, this property is lovely.
