The room we stayed in was very worn. The carpet in the bedroom was ripped and old. The room was made to look rustic but the cabinets looked like they were recycled from the 80’s. The property accepts pets but for a fee and they have strict rules for the pets. This does not make it pet friendly. On a positive note the location is close to some of the great trails and the rooms have nice views of the iconic Sedona rocks.

The room was immaculate. The office person who checked me in is a joy. Very knowledgeable. Provides you with a map. And the rooms have actual keys. Not key cards. But keys!!!

The check in process was very easy. The attendant was pleasant and kind. The facilities were a little outdated; the toilet seat needed to be replaced, the room could stand a new coat of paint. Overall, the place was convenient to downtown Sedona, stores, restaurants, and the various rock structures I looked to visit. The view of Bell Rock was unmatched. It was a pleasant stay overall.

We loved everything about it except the shower. The shower has a handheld wand which was a bit inconvenient. Clean, very comfortable and convenient.

Great location at walking distance to everything!
Rosemary and staff were professional, friendly, courteous and very welcoming. The property is a bit on the older side which, personally, appealed to my decision to book it. The mattress in the room I stayed (#24) definitely needs to be replaced. For the nightly rate charged, I'd suggest buying a couple mugs and sets of cutlery at a thrift store to have available in the room, as well as bathroom basics (shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hair dryer). I think these are lot budget items that would certainly enhance guests' experience. The room has a small fridge and microwave. I am grateful for my stay and experience.
