Perfect location with a magical view
The house is within easy walking distance of downtown Sedona. Very comfortable house, from the comfy bed & soft linens to the soft bath sheets. The hot tub out the front door was a bonus. Very peaceful neighborhood. Thank you for providing coffee, washer and dryer, and garage parking. Communication was simple and gave us all the info needed before we even got into town. Will definitely recommend and hopefully come visit again.

Perfect location, great house, and kind hosts
My mom and I really enjoyed our recent stay at the Rustic Sedona House. The location couldn't be more perfect. The house is close enough to town for easy strolls to the many restaurant options but tucked away so no traffic and totally quite. The views out the kitchen and living room windows are stunning. We arrived at night and were so amazed by the beautiful scenery when we woke up in the morning. The house is very comfortable (especially the beds!) and absolutely spotless as well as well-equipped. The hosts were very kind, even going out of their way to connect with us when we left something behind in the house. Our only regret is that we never made it to the brewery next door! We absolutely wouldn't hesitate to book this house again!.

Cozy house in great location.
Perfect little house for our group of 4. Location was great - with lots of shops and restaurants on the main drag all within a short walk. House is modern, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect location for a small family
We came for a four-night visit, with plans to do some hiking and shopping. The location was just perfect! the Sedona Beer Company brewpub is literally right next door, and some of the best restaurants and shopping is a two minute walk down the street. Everything in Uptown Sedona was easily accessible on foot. The house is cozy, with memory foam mattress toppers, nice Roku TVs in both bedrooms, and the softest bath towels I've ever felt on vacation. The two bedrooms are a little small, but adequate. The pull out sofabed was good for my 11 year old. The kitchen was great, gas stove and oven, all the pots and pans you need, and a fully stocked spice rack (olive oil and balsamic vinegar in the pantry). Washer and dryer came in very handy, easy to use and effective. The hot tub was just absolutely a perfect way to unwind after hiking, or to spend some time getting warm when it was actually cold out. Only caveat is that it definitely would not have fit one more body (there were four of us, two kids, two adults, all pretty small), but it worked for our group. The gated side yard that this house shares with a couple other rentals was such a bonus. My son loved playing horseshoes and ladder golf (or whatever it's called), and the chairs out there were perfect for lounging in the afternoon sun. I would rent again here any time.

Great taste of Sedona
Just blocks from the downtown commercial or looking out our north window to see the red rock of Sedona, our stay was perfect. Within driving distance to any where we wanted to go and within walking distance of downtown. Great hosts. Fun place to be.

What a great 2 bedroom home. Excellent spot. I love Uptown! Walkable to shops, food, Pink Jeep and a few trail heads. Super clean and well appointed kitchen. And the view … tough to beat!

This property was very nice. The kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all perfect for vacation. The house is updated with plenty of room and flows well. The hot tub is an excellent perk also! It's easy to navigate to and around the corner from a local brew house/ restaurant with delicious food.
