A stunning boutique resort that is very quiet and set in a lovely location. Immaculate gardens and wonderful beach front pool and dining. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The accommodation was really exceptional, but if you want shopping and nightlife this is not the area. If you seek a stunning small resort and romantic environment...this is perfect.

What a stay. This is the definition of luxury and service. Ran, Ari Habib, and Ai Yu were all great. Restraunt for breakfast and dinner was on point. Great ocean views with a very clean room. Cant say enough good things about my stay and will be back

A small clean complex with great attentive service
Great quiet location with a lovely sea front view and stunning sunsets. Easy access to beach to walk as required. Slightly off the beaten track but fine if you want a quiet week. Food excellent and good choice. Attentive staff throughout - all responding to you by name, engaging and making every effort to speak English. Properties well maintained and very private. A small complex with 14 bungalows only, so never did it feel overcrowded even at peak time of Christmas. Good evidence of Covid (health and hygiene) compliance. Would highly recommend a visit!

Peaceful and relaxing.
We had a great experience at Jeeva Santai Villas in the private pool villa (literally private away from any eyes except the birds and insects). It was relaxing, quite, away from the clubs and bars of sengiggi, all the food was halal, friendly staff and I loved the fresh fruits and juices. Breakfast had options of western style and traditional Indonesian foods. Option of having breakfast served to you in your room is also available. Beach towels are also provided and complimentary bottled water everyday.

Amazing on every level
Amazing on every level. We had one of the deluxe villas with private pool and we absolutely loved our stay. Villa was 10/10, staff were so friendly and went above and beyond what was expected on every level. Always helpful and attentive to our needs in a subtle and non-invasive way. Nothing to fault at all, worth every penny! Best thing about this place is the way each villa is set up for absolute privacy, you couldn't find anywhere better for a romantic get away. A+++++

There were some great staff and the view is beautiful but we regret staying here and not at Quinci. This hotel needs much closer attention from management if they want to remain competitive.

A perfect paradise!
By far, the best resort we have stayed at. From the villas, to the staff, and the location. Everything was perfect. Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. The villa, itself, was luxurious! A nice little bonus was while we were laying on the sun beds by the ocean, turtles would pop up. So snorkeling with them was easy. Thank you to everyone at Jeeva Santai!

Loved the Jeeva Santai
Jeeva Santai is one of the most amazing places I have stayed. We had a private villa with pool which also had an outside bath and shower. Breakfast was same same every morning but you could choose anything and everything from it. It also overlooked the water where every morning there was a resident turtle in the ocean for you to watch. Afternoon there were 2 for 1 cocktails while watching the sunset. Only downfall is the location, if there’s lots of activities you want to do on the Island, you’re better off staying elsewhere as there’s not a huge amount to do. The Gili Islands is only an hpur away though by boat. For a holiday of relaxing and doing very little this is the place for you. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

We were in the ocean front room. Staff was incredible - gracious, welcoming, and friendly. Very quiet hotel, despite them saying the hotel was booked up we rarely saw more than a few other people. Pool and lounging areas were beautiful and peaceful. Restaurant was good, though the cocktails were a bit weak.

We stayed at Jeeva Santai for our honeymoon and the experience was incredible. They greeted us (on our very late arrival) at the door with drinks and beautiful garlands. The villa was meticulously maintained with a welcome greeting in our room. This was just the beginning! The views, the people, the closeness of activities were amazing. The only thing I would say was the lack of breakfast menu options, however, surprisingly their long blacks were good. I don't want to give away too much but I give my highest commendation and recommendation for anyone seeking to get away at a very relaxed resort with amazing staff.
