The bed was soo uncomfortable- very very hard and we were not happy- when we mentioned it to house keeping, they said it is because the mattress is new and hadn’t been worn it yet- that is NOT good service- we should not have to wait for a mattress to be worn in before we can book to stay at a hotel and the bed is comfortable

Absolutely stunning! Unfortunately more times than not, property photos don’t do justice but here it is the opposite! The entire staff goes above & beyond to accommodate and always with a smile. Selfishly, I almost didn’t want to write the review so it doesn’t become overbooked, because it sure should be! :-)

Amazing 5-star hotel and excellent service
This is a 5 star hotel in every single aspect. The property is beautiful, and the staff is excellent everywhere. They nicely sent a complimentary cake for my boyfriends’ bday. The restaurants have excellent food. We had dinner both nights right in front of the water, and you get to see the sunset everyday. Breakfast is generous and delicious. This has been on of the top hotels I’ve stayed in Indonesia.

The property is beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly. All 3 restaurants have delicious food with great menu options. The service is amazing and everyone goes out of their way to ensure guests are taken care of.
