Staffs were exceptional! They were very helpful with my questions and needs. Cannot thank them enough. Room was perfect for what I needed clean and comfortable. The area is very convenient close to green line 2. Airport bus is across the street, many good eats around the area. Would stay here next time again!

Zero hospitality

It is so basic, no breakfast or toothpaste. I asked for late checkout, and they charged me. The service is not good, they didn't extend my room key for the late checkout and I was locked outside. Also, the cleaning lady kept bothering me in the morning when I left the room at 9am, which is not even the checkout time which is at noon. She kept coming over and asked if I was checking out already, and delayed me while I was in a hurry to head to the conference. I will probably not stay here again.
