Being an English speaker it was very easy to communicate with the whole staff. From check in to dinning the cleaning staff and security. Perfect location for see all the sights near by Just steps away from shopping and night market. Everyone was kind and helpful. It felt very welcoming and safe. The breakfast buffet was great with wonderful views of the city. Great afternoon tea and light snacks. We were in town 10 days. Two of which were spent in Busan. They stored our extra luggage during that time until our return. Very convenient.

This was a wonderful hotel for our stay in Seoul. Perfect location, lots of food, and stores. Only downside for my partner and i was the room being to warm and the thermostat wouldn’t change. Besides that everything was amazing.

Loved our stay here!!!! The staff were wonderful and so friendly. The hotel is in heart of everything so you can walk to any place. We spend 1 week just around the hotel because everything was so near by and one of the most popular location street is located right outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is so clean and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again and again when I come back to Korea. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Perfect location with easy access to food shopping. Centrally located to historic sites and equally entertaining neighborhoods. The staff is friendly and helpful. Mr Kim head of security helped greatly with my questions. It felt very relaxing and safe. Would definitely stay here again. They also stored our luggage while we left for a couple days to explore other parts of Korea. Before our return to hotel for remainder of our visit.
