The place is in central gangnam. The hotel was clean and has housekeeping everyday. It's relatively close to a lot of tourist spots/attractions (coex, apgujeong, lotte world, etc). The room is fairly small which is standard for hotels in seoul.

Easy check in and check out process. Less than a 10 minute walk to seoulleng station and yeoksam station. 7/11 is behind the hotel. Very convenient. My room was nice and clean. Would stay again.

Really poor customer service. The staff won’t help with bags, even if it’s just common courtesy stuff like seeing something fall or someone drop something. There’s no room service, breakfast is over priced and the hotel bar advertised wasn’t open.

Good location and it’s only a short 7 mins walk to the nearest metro station or 5mins to the bus station. The interior is a bit worn down. The food court at the basement of the mall next door is a pleasant surprise.

Nice hotel for a stay. It says there is a laundry room available but there isn’t one. I asked the front desk about it and they politely guided me to use a for-staff laundry room. Nice hotel service and their breakfast has variety to choose. The room service is stunning, 10 out of 10, perfect. Recommended already to all my friends going to Korea next week.

Amazing location for business and plenty of restaurants around. Close to the station in walking distance and the area is quite nice for a walk in the early evening. Will return.
