The location is excellent, near Samgakji subway station, the room was of a decent size for that budget-range in South Korea, bathroom small but functional, wi-fi and TV functioning. We were informed that they no longer provided breakfast, regardless of my reservation form stating that it was included, and two days later started offering breakfast at 4000KRW per person. They told my wife a fable about the name having changed to YaKorea but very recently, though I booked it months in advance and remember clearly having seen that hostel when I booked at another hotel at the end of last year. Worst of all, even on the coldest nights, they just told me that they couldn't provide any heating, with no apologies. In similar temperatures, I was much warmer in a one-star Nepali hotel... The room is only cleaned on demand, and that doesn't mean that they'll think of refurbishing the announced free toiletries, or even toilet paper... The attitude of the staff is unprofessional, and they are ignorant of even such major touristic attractions as the Korean Folk Village. Though the area is quiet, they did have a few parties late at night, and once they even did the laundry at midnight. This was my third time in South Korea, I can't wait to go back there next June, but I'll definitely be staying elsewhere.
