Our stay was last minute and they found us a perfect room. Everyone was gracious and well mannered. Unfortunately the breakfast and lunch room staff were slow and confused; especially confused was the lunch room staff, but still very gracious. The pool area was divine even though the pool water was as warm as bath water. I cannot say enough about the graciousness of the staff.

Fantastic dessert of pine nut cream with a basil gel and cocoa olive crumble topping…just an explosion of creativity

Elegant Hotel
One of the best Hotels I ever stayed in. Beautiful historic Hotel. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely on the return list.

Staff was wonderful. Disappointed their Michelin restaurant and the rooftop was closed for renovations. That was the big reason we chose this hotel. Pools were nice. Turkish bath was nice to use after a long day of exploring Rome. Overall it was good. The restaurant at the hotel was overpriced and not a great meal. Better to go out for dinner.
