Great location. Very sweet and cozy, great atmosphere with apple scent throughout the hallways. Breakfast was good, not the best I’ve ever had in a hotel but better than most. My only complaints are that we put the Do not disturb magnet on our door but they still came in, knew because bed was made but strangest of all is that they picked up and folded my boxers and put them on the lower shelf of the bathroom vanity, my dirty underwear that I left on the floor after my shower. That’s the first I’ve ever had any staff pick up my underwear off the floor. Also the beds were way too soft and my wife who has a bad lower back had trouble sleeping and getting comfortable. Would’ve liked more firm,supportive mattresses. Lastly, I wish they had trash cans in the common areas such as by the elevators, by outside side doors, etc like most hotels do. I don’t like keeping trash in my room but luckily if the housekeeping staff was out I could use their big trash cans they roll around. They have a trash can by the front entrance and in coffee area but wish more like side doors leading outside and elevator areas. There’s plenty of room so don’t know why they don’t have more trash cans in common areas. Overall I’d stay here again but they need to replace the mattresses at least. It really is a nice place though.
