Approximately 1,175 square feet, this exquisitely spacious Two-Bedroom Condo features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Double Bed(s) in the guest bedroom, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Maximum of 8 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, In Room Safe, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio and Jetted Tub.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Our favorite spot, but check in is not fun because they try to sell a timeshare
We love the convenience and amenities of this property and have stayed numerous times. They WILL try to give you a long check in process and sell you a timeshare. My husband shuts it down quickly and we move on, but do be prepared for that. Otherwise, it’s great!

Very good place to stay. Had one minor issue with the refrigerator, but it was taken care of very quickly. Only thing that prevented a 5 star was poor phone reception in the lower level.

Perfect place to relax and unwind
Location is PERFECT for being far enough away to enjoy the quite part of Pigeon Forge but close enough to all the action. Room was as described and was top notch on being clean. Beds were comfortable too. My only suggestion would be to provide more cook-bake ware / cook-baking utensils should someone like us want to cook. Would definitely stay again!

Quick family getaway
Pros: Unit is very spacious--both bedrooms/bath are big! Nice size living/dining etc. Nice pools, grounds kept up. Cons: in room phone did not work, kitchen garbage missing. Called front desk and they took care of the problems. Price is a bit high all things considered. There were issues when first booking this unit with charges put on our credit card. But resolved after reaching out to property manager.

Good place after move
I originally rented a two bedroom condo at a resort we had stayed many times. A week before our trip I received a call that there were issues with my two bedroom and they could give me a one bed with a partial refund or refund everything with no space. We took the one bed even though we had five people. We got into the one bed and the ice maker didn’t work. They quickly came to fix. While he was there we realized we did not have hot water. They checked and the hot water heater had to be replaced. Eventually after sitting in wet bathing suits for them to decide what to do, they put us in a different condo. After that everything went well and they did bring us a big snack basket for our inconvenience. Would go back it is a nice place. This is my first time using vrbo.

It was a great stay!
For the most part it was a really great place to stay! The process to check in was very lengthy, but it was the holiday weekend so I am sure that it had something to do with it. We didn't have linens for the pull out sofa and it took quite a long time to get them. We wouldn't have minded, but it was very close to midnight before we received them and we had to call the front desk a couple times to make sure that they didn't forget about us. Those are very minor things, we had a great few days there!
