Family Gathering for 70th Birthday
We had a wonderful time celebrating a big birthday with family from all around. We had a great time swimming in the pool, cooking, hanging out and playing games inside and out. Only bummer is lake dock wasnt accessible due to the time of year apparently. We fished from the shore anyway and caught a few fish. The location is awesome, the tennis courts need some love but we didn't use them much, played basketball actually, but they need resurfacing. Overall we had a great time having a bunch of us altogether. One thing I will mention is there are only 5 actual bedrooms. The sixth "room" is a loft above the kitchen and main living room area where if you sleep and other people are still up you will hear everything. We planned on putting the 4 kids up there but after one night we had to rearrange. Not a huge deal but a little inconvenient for parents who had to share rooms with kids eventually.

Dream weekend
We had three families meet to enjoy the long weekend. Kids ranged in age from 8-16. We all had a blast. There are so many activities that you never need to leave the property. We fished, swam, played basketball and had a pickleball tournament. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The kitchen was well-stocked for all our cooking needs. Fantastic property.

nice property, needs updating and maintenance
We vacillated between 3-4 stars on this property. Three stars because we encountered 2 major issues on our arrival- 1) no air conditioning in the main part of the house (on a 100 degree day in July) and 2) little to no water or water pressure x 48 hours. Four stars because the location and lake were nice, and the property management team was very responsive to our concerns and tried to fix the issues in as timely a manner as possible. Overall, even without the issues we dealt with, we felt that the property was in need of significant updating and maintenance before it would be worth the nightly rate they are charging.

Kept us busy
Family ages 3 to 78 from 4 different cities across the country plus a dog - cooked all meals in spacious kitchen, played games, swam in lake, then pool with plenty of floats, bounced balls on the court, and replenished supplies conveniently from Publix & Walmart. Agents were responsive, friendly, and helpful when we needed things. Only suggestions are the pans created black streaks from stove and oven was overlooked in cleaning. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time immensely.

Very Nice Place
We had a great stay -- it was nice to have extended family all under the same roof and there was plenty of room. It was a really nice place. But, there was a couple issues. The security alarm went off when we arrived and we had no code to disable it. We didn't have instructions on how to lock the electronic front door. Those were the two bigger issues. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay again.

Honest Review
Honest Review: This is an honest review of our stay. The first night we arrived we had a slight delay of getting into the house. The door code was provided but the gate code was not provided. The host answered within 5-10 minutes of us reaching out. We arrived at 4 PM the house which was extremely beautiful and large. However the water was not working. It is a dual well system and for some reason there was an issue that needed to be resolved. We could not wash hands or flush toilets consistently. The issue was resolved around 10-11 PM. However, the host made sure to be in constant communication with us until the issue was resolved. The house had great amenities pool table, ping pong table, tennis court... it also had everything we needed in order to cook a great Thanksgiving meal. It was very spacious and decorated well! There was plenty of room for us to relax due to the amount of chairs, couches, multiple tables... The door has issues with being locked. The locking system would not lock consistently. This made some of the guests feel uncomfortable at night and when leaving the house due to having our valuables being stolen if anyone were to break in. The house smelled good, and was clean for the most part. There were some stains from previous guests which is not the hosts fault. The master bedroom has some flies that were dead need the bed. You can tell the host puts money into the house as the decking seemed to be brand new. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Excellent Property!
Place was amazing! The rental company was awesome to deal with, very responsive. House was massive, well outfitted, and very cozy for our group of 15 (ages 2-49). My only knock on the property is that the tennis/basketball court could use a facelift. Also, the drive in off the main highway was not for the faint of heart, but that could just be me being a city boy/baby. Overall, great experience and would definitely rent again.

A potential great house ....but not just yet
Property management team were VERY responsive to the many issues faced during our 2 wks. -Outside deck recently been replaced, Direct TV wasn't reconnected. Went multiple days without TV service. When you paid what we did per night, I do actually expect all core utilities to work! It was over the July 4th, it was days to get the service. - The propane for the grill was also not reconnected, we had to get our own propane tank filled (though they did offer to reimburse for this expense). -Inside oven glass cracked, could not use that oven. -Trash in garage with tons of maggots in garage-GROSS! -The kitchen refrige was not maintaining temp. after an initial food bought ($1500). Plus both the small refridge in basement & pool house refridge did not work. -On the last day a new kitchen fridge was delivered, so we had to accommodate for the delivery. We were then immediately locked out of the garage fridge, once the new fridge was delivered, again I had to call. -Master bdrm ceiling fan did not function, they had to bring a floor fan. -Pool house shower did not function. -No kitchen towels, iron, & coffee pot did not work. - They would not run pool vacuum w/floats in pool, went 2 wks w/o the pool getting cleaned. Never made aware of pool cleaning schedule to accommodate. -The rental price was extreme for the # of issues we dealt with. I would have expected some degree of rebate due to the insane number of issues. -Disappointing experience w/ such a beautiful house.

Beautiful home but disappointed upon arrival
The property is beautiful but requires some need maintenance. Pool was not maintained before we got there, had to call to get it clean, masterbedroom had no central air working, portable units were installed to where you could not go out the doors, they were taped shut and the units could not keep up with the size of the room to keep it cool with all the massive windows so it was not very comfortable at night sleeping. Deck is in need of some repair --wooden floor boards sagging and really not safe to walk on and the gate was falling apart at the top of the stairs. For the price, I expected more and will be requesting a refund of a portion of what we paid.

Amazing Memorial Day Getaway With Friends
The house was amazing. The pictures in the listing are accurate. There is tons of space. We played in the lake, at the pool, on the tennis court, and at the ping pong table. We had a lot of fun the entire time. Everyone had plenty of room and was very comfortable. The water got hot, the pressure was fine, there was no discoloration. All appliances worked. There were plenty of towels. The TVs all worked, we watched several movies. We opened the windows at night to cool down the house. Some ceiling fans I could not figure out how to turn on. It appeared that the surround sound system was unplugged so we didn’t touch it but would have been nice to use. Other than that, the house was just fine. We felt safe and comfortable and we had a lot of fun.

Beautiful Vacation Home-Would Stay Again!
We had a large family group and this house was the perfect spot. There was plenty to do for the young and old -- swimming pool, tennis court, pool table, ping pong, and our own private area of the lake. The house was laid out very nicely with spacious bedrooms and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the views. The property manager/owner was extremely accommodating, always accessible, and very responsive when we needed something. We stayed for 5 nights and truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you so much for everything, Joseph!

Beautiful place, but needs cleaning , mouse control, and washer & dryer
In sum, this house is beautiful as is the land, but is cluttered, dirty, has non-potable water, a MOUSE PROBLEM, and lack of washer-dryer. Due to the very high price and dirty house, we will not be back to this property. PROs: -The house is huge and has ample room for large families. -The private pool was incredible! Large enough for a family as large as ours . We spent a lot of time playing in the pool. It was so close to the house, had its own toilet. -Location. The house was located very close to Sevierville. It made getting to/from the cabin easy and there was lots to do in Sevierville if you chose to do so! -The a/c units worked really well and had zoning. CONs: -The host would not allow us access to the washer/dryer. This made our weekend very difficult to enjoy especially considering that all towels and linens were supposed to be provided. Yet, the bed sheets/ blankets down stairs had mouse poop on them and we only had 3 dish towels. No pool towels, so we were left to use the same towel for showers/ pool for four days.. Not what we expected for ~2kay/ night. -the kitchen was very poorly stocked. Besides a knife set and a few mismatched plates, we were left scrambling to find thing to cook with and eat on. There were 3 bowls. It made serving meals and cooking a challenge. -The coffee maker was broken. -Of the 3 showers in the house, one was completely broken. We notified the host but he never did anything to try to fix it. Of the other 2 showers, the water pressure was poor. Baths for kids was questionable due to the yellow water and black specks coming out of all the sinks -The water was not potable. It was well water that came out of the tap with a yellow/ orange color and black specks floating in it. -There was mice! Our first night there, my father in law woke up to a mouse running across his pillow! I wish I was kidding. Again, we notified the host but he simply denied the claim and said he had been there recently and there was no mice then. The next day, my father in law bought a mouse trap and caught the mouse. -The house was very cluttered and full of personal items, pictures, clothes etc. Many of tables/ surfaces were unusable due to so many personal items being on them. The furniture it old, the blankets are old. Everything is JUST OLD and OUTDATED, which is not a big deal normally but considering the very high price we expected more for the price we paid.
