The nane says it all.. It's Got It All!!!
This property is incredible. They are so well stocked with dishes and pots and pans, they also had a small supply of starter things like mini soaps, garbage bags, shampoo dishwasher, tablet, etc. There were towels beyond need! It was clean and comfortable, especially the beds! The movie room was a hut as was the swimming pool. We saw a bear twice. It was beautiful and would stay aain!

Beautiful Cabin with Potential, but POOR MANAGEMENT
We recently stayed at this cabin and were initially impressed by its beautiful mountain views and amenities like the indoor pool and hot tub. The cabin is spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. However, our experience was marred by several issues that the management company failed to address. On our first night, we lost power due to weather, leaving us without lights, air conditioning, and the ability to cook, no water, or use the bathroom. Despite there being a generator on-site, the management company was unresponsive and unhelpful. We called multiple times, sent pictures as requested, but no one ever came to assist us. We had to endure the night without power, which was extremely uncomfortable. The hot tub was unusable due to dirty water and lack of chemicals, and the pool area was infested with bugs. The pool itself was cold, with the thermometer reading only 70 degrees. Additionally, the cabin was not clean. We found dust everywhere, caked-on dirt on bathroom cabinets, dirty dishes, hair in the shower, and unwashed bedsheets with visible crusty stains. We requested to extend our stay by a day to make up for the lost time due to the power outage, but the management company was difficult to deal with. They wanted to charge us full fees again, including a second cleaning fee, even though no one would come to clean in between. While they eventually waived the cleaning fee, they did not waive the booking fee. This place needs a deep clean desperately!

We had some issues with a toilet backing up and a spindle that was broken on the deck but the rental company answered right away and started to work on getting it fixed

Great Family Cabin
If you have kids or are a kid at heart this is the cabin for you! Between the indoor pool, hot-tub, putt-putt course, theater room and pool table, there was always something to keep the kids entertained. The close proximity to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky mountain national park was ideal when we were able to pull the kids out of the pool! The view from the deck was the perfect way to start and end each day. If we come back, we would stay here again for sure!

We had the best time! This cabin is the perfect spot for family fun! The pool, movie room and porch were so very nice! This cabin has everything you could want/need. **The driveway is very steep and the stairs getting into the cabin could be challenging for the elderly. ** We had no issues and will be back next summer!

Wonderful Family Cabin
We appreciated that all three bedrooms on the main floor had king-sized beds and their own bathrooms. The hot tub was a favorite spot for all, while the kids also loved the pool and theater room. The large dining room table not only provided plenty of space for eating but also was great for playing cards. The ample amount of beach towels provided was a surprising benefit. The location was great and was more secluded than some other places we’ve stayed while not being too far from the amenities of town. We would definitely consider coming here again!

Almost perfect
Property was clean and as described. Only issue was the automatic pool filler engaged at some point and never turned off, which led to well running almost dry. Went without water for approximately 14 hours. Enjoyed the theater room, pool table, and the pool. Was worried about the pool water temperature only being 78° but the pool room was plenty warm and the water was comfortable.

We took our family for a Thanksgiving vacation. We all had a great time. Everything was very clean and nice. We had beautiful Mountain View’s and we especially enjoyed the visits from the neighborhood bears. I would definitely recommend this cabin.

Excellent Vacation
I have no issue with the rental, or location. It was very nice and clean. I could not get the surround sound to work in the theater room but that isnt a problem, we werent there to watch tv anyway. The only suggestion I have is the back door is much easier to use for moving in. Might add that in the description for older folks. Stairs to the front door is alot. Thank you.

Disappointing
Let’s start with the positive. Gorgeous views and awesome sunrises every morning. The theatre is very cool. The house layout is nice as well. The mini golf is a cool idea. Nice propane grill and outdoor sitting are in the front and back of the home. The bad. Sticky cupboards, lots of dust, especially on ceiling fans which are low hanging in the bedrooms. One light in the bedroom was intermittent and would flash if left on. Other light fixtures not working. No extra trash bags (we bought extra, not a big deal). Dead stink bugs on bedroom floors. We cleaned them up, no vacuum to utilize if needed, so just picked up by hand. The in ground pool is what ended our trip early. There were holes in the liner which drained the pool. However the well for the home is connected to the pool as well and continued to run trying to fill the pool, which ultimately drained the well, resulting in us having no water at all in the home. The holes were not visible until the patch came off. This happened twice, even after the pool holes were patched. There was no guarantee that this would not happen again, so we ended our trip early. That about sums this place up. I feel bad for the owner as I think they want it to be a nice place, but those managing the place are not doing a good job at all.

I came with a group of ladies to this property in hopes of relaxing. It was filthy and dusty. The pool was cold and could not swim. The theater room was useless as none of the tv worked. Highly disappointed and will never return
