The water pressure and hot shower was amazing! The bed and pillows were terrible! Our neighbors were horrible, loud, rude, the walls are too thin too. The staff was great and food was good. Great coffee also.
We stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was an absolute delight! Olga at the front desk is an angel. The breakfast was spectacular. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg
We went for a long needed getaway before our son’s wedding. The breakfast every morning was wonderful. The pancakes not so much as the machine made them thin and rubbery. Everyday our room was cleaned and plenty of fresh towels and wash rags. Loved the amenities of not having to pack shampoo, soaps or lotion. Thankful for the blow dryer too! One suggestion would be to keep some carts on the second floor so guests don’t have to go all the way downstairs to get one and bring their items to the room. Location was great and staff was friendly!
Property was in a great location, with a great view of the mountains. However when booking a balcony room you dont get to chose which floor you're on. Unfortunately we were on the second floor and I do not feel that the view from the second floor was worth paying extra for. Also, two nights we were there the fire pit was not lit. On the third jight we saw it was lit, went to our room to fix a drink and. By the time we got down there it was shut off. I asked the elderly woman at the front desk if she could turn it back in but she told me no, that it turns off at ten. That is early to shut down a fire pit in a tourist town.
Overall pretty disappointed, i will stay somewhere else next time.

The staff was excellent; especially the front desk people. The place was a little dated: small bathroom, older furniture, etc. Breakfast was delicious: cinnamon rolls, yogurt and coffee! Our room was clean but the common areas needed attention: elevators, hallways, eating area (breakfast). Location worked for us: outlets close, Dollywood, also recommend the local goat (excellent restaurant). Movie theater is within walking distance.
The staff is always super friendly. Breakfast is always amazing! I do not like the way that guests who purchase through a third party (such as Expedia) are clearly placed in a sub standard room. The rooms that I am assigned when I purchase directly through the IHG site are far superior than those I am assigned any time I choose to purchase through a third party. Logically, I know that this is probably because they do not like losing money to third parties. However, they must know that customers are looking for the best deal, and should not have to fight insects, nor deal with “stains” and dingy smells throughout the room for doing so, Expedia should look into this. Otherwise, don’t bother to request the completion of these surveys.
