Welcome to Sweet Mountain Laurel!

Our four-bedroom vacation cabin has everything a family visiting the area could desire! With its close proximity to Pigeon Forge’s main strip, beautiful downtown Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains, you’ll be only minutes from countless amusements, compelling attractions, and endless hiking. And, it's only 1 MILE to Dollywood, Splash Country, and Parrot Mountain!

The cabin is located in Hidden Springs Resort, a secluded community located minutes from limitless entertainment options and conveniences, yet relaxing in its natural surroundings. The indoor community pool, open March through December, is professionally maintained & temperature-controlled, and is an easy walk away—perfect for the kids (or the entire family) to enjoy day and night. There’s also a beautiful, newly refurbished sun deck and new pool furniture available for your use.

The cabin has four king beds and two queen sleeper sofas to accommodate up to 12 people. This log cabin is beautifully decorated & offers log bed frames so you get that authentic Smoky Mountain cabin experience. Cook family dinners in our full-size kitchen or take advantage of the park-style charcoal grill to BBQ those fantastic family meals. Enjoy sporting events or movies on the big screen TV, or relax in the hot tub on the back deck while enjoying the pleasant views of the surrounding woods. Your group will also love the game room featuring a standard-size, slate pool table. And, if you are visiting us in the winter, you’ll find the cabin decorated for the season!

ROOM DESCRIPTIONS:
Walk in to a spacious and comfortable living room which features a stone fireplace, a large flat screen TV and new leather sofas. The larger sofa pulls out to accommodate two guests.

In the full-sized kitchen, you’ll find everything you need including a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, cooking implements, and more. There is plenty of room for enjoying a meal at the dining table, which can seat eight people.

A main floor master bedroom with king-sized bed, jetted jacuzzi bathtub, private bathroom with walk-in shower and flat-screen television makes a comfortable respite after long days of scouting through mountain trails, shopping, or enjoying amusements.

Downstairs, there are three bedrooms with king-sized beds, each with a closet, dresser, night table, and flat-screen TV.

The large open area downstairs features a pool table, a large flat screen TV, a pub table and plenty of seating to accommodate your family and guests. There is another sleeper sofa in this room to accommodate two of your guests.

All sleeping areas feature faux wood privacy blinds, new bedding, and additional blankets for those cold mountain nights.

Enjoy two spacious decks and melt your stresses away while you soak in the bubbling hot tub suitable for up to eight people.

At our cabin you can enjoy the privacy and beauty of the outdoors while still having the modern conveniences of ROKU TV and wireless internet.

Excellent Cabin

We had a lovely stay at this cabin. Best to date cabin we have used. The description underrated the balcony!! It was so peaceful and nice. All the sheets and extra blankets are a nice touch with nice quality! I will be back!

Lovely cabin was decorated for Christmas!

Cute cabin that we were so excited that it was decorated for Christmas when we arrived. Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of comfy seating and having 2 livingrooms lets the adult indulge in Christmas Movies while the kids watch their own shows downstairs. The hottub was a big hit. We stay in the Smokies several times a year and this cabin will be put on our favorites list. Plenty of extra blankets for those cold natured family members and the beautiful fireplace made it extra cozy. We never has a chance to enjoy the indoor pool but I did walk to it and look around. It was very clean and nice. My only complaint about the area (100% not the cabin) was the sewage smell outside in the area of the cabins on the left was very strong. I am wondering if it is something still being fixed from the hurricane floods.

Great Property

My family and I stayed at this cabin for fall break. The description and pictures were exactly what we got. I pay attention to small details and I must say that I was impressed. Very clean, nice area. Not to far from Pigeon Forge Island and the main area. Very close to Dollywood. Very Clean. Even the shower curtain liners were clean and I appreciated that. There were board games downstairs that the family could utilize. Smart tv's in all areas which was a plus. Coffee maker and plenty of dishes should you chose to cook in the cabin. I would absolutely recommend this property. It was perfect for a family of 10.

Dollywood vacay 24

The location was perfect for a day at Dollywood, a day in the mountains and a day at Dollywood’s Water park. With three little ones it was great to be close and not have long travel time after an 8 hr day in the parks. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen stocked well for our meals we cooked at the cabin. Thank you for a great weekend!

Location was more than perfect, as our plans were to visit Dollywood, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mountain National Park. It was incredibly easy to get to those places in little time from the Sweet Laurel. The cabin was so very accommodating for our group of 9 (5 adults, 4 children). The open layout on the top floor was super with plenty of room for everyone to gather. It was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The hot tube was a big hit, as we were on the go most all day, every day. So, it was great to come 'home' to it each evening. I honestly can't think of one thing to make the stay there better. I sure hope to get back soon. I will be sharing our experience with another family member who plans to visit the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area in the fall. They won't have to research a thing, just book this VRBO.
