Perfect mid-sized cabin- charming, clean and comfortable.
The downstairs to this cabin has its own small living room area, laundry, two top table and mini fridge. It would be perfect for parents with young kids to have their own space while traveling with grandparents or a couple without kids . It would also be an incredible space for a family with teens or tweens. For our purposes, it allowed two adult women to have their own comfortable spaces. It was both spacious and cozy- just right for us and our daughters. Before booking this cabin some things to know… -While the windows on the main level provide a stunning view, the only porch is downstairs and would be challenging for those with mobility issues. - The stairs going to the downstairs living area have a gate to block them off at the top for those with toddlers or young kids. I personally think the space is small enough to where keeping an eye on little ones shouldn’t be too hard, but there are some stairs off of the main level, including leading to a loft space. -The larger bedroom and bathroom with jacuzi tub are downstairs, but the upstairs bedroom did not disappoint me at all and I think any adult or couple would be thrilled with either. They were equally nice in furnishings, bed size and decor. -There is no salt or pepper so if you plan to cook bring ALL ingredients!

Spent thanksgiving week here and had a great time. Was missing a few things that make a stay comfortable like broom, vacuum, pot holders, etc. otherwise we had what we needed and had a great week.

Check in and out was so easy! The location was perfect to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Beds comfortable and clean- would rent this again no hesitation!

Mountain holiday getaway
Property was exactly as advertised. Received email communications from property manager as well as updated info in app exactly as advertised. Property is in an excellent location for day trips to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We chose to eat several meals in Sevierville to avoid the crowds and waits in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. View of the valley and mountain top night lights in Gatlinburg was very nice. Property was very clean and tastefully decorated for the Christmas season. Indoor design was great to facilitate family time on the main level, and then separation from the adult children later in the evening (The four kids hit the hot tub, the old folks went to bed on the main level). Overall, an excellent choice!

DO NOT STAY!! HERE IS WHY!!!
freaking horrible! first Day here the old sheets and towels are in the floor from last guest. both beds not made. the cabin did not smell like disinfectant spray. for crying out loud! called Vacasa and they reached out to property manager then the house keeping Manager. guess what.... no calls!! I was on hold 1 hours as the local number does not work. so I called again. another hour wait! said someone needs to call me tonight please. not a call. then at 9am someone brings sheets with out gloves and mask! Wanted to argue about it. I showed him pictures of it too.. im glad I had to go buy my own blankets because I'm not using dirty stuff that was left bad day for day one of 7. poor customer service. nothing like walking in to cabin with a pile of dirty sheets and towels in the middle of Covid-19.... fml... the list goes on from here. Pool table junk, air hockey junk, ceiling fans not working, poor ac down stairs, screws in the bottom of the hot tub. Over knob not working. Bad bad bad!!! Trust me do not stay!! June 2020 When we arrived the sheets from the previous guest and towel where in the middle of the kitchen. The beds where not made with the comforters from old guest. We called 2 twice to Vacasa with 0 calls back. We had to buy our own sheets because nobody came out. We arrived at 530pm and last call was at 9pm. We gave up and did it ourselves. Then we disinfected the property because im sure it was not done. Did not smell clean. Very disappointed!
