Nice Cabin - Great Management
Nice, clean cabin - as with most cabins in area, access road was steep and narrow. The management company (Natural) was superb with terrific follow-up from Lisa insuring that all was satisfactory! Great Job!!!

Short getaway
Everything was pretty much as described. The cabin was clean, bed comfortable and kitchen had basics for cooking. There are things that could be updated/fixed but we were renting and not buying so you take the good with the bad. Perfect for a short getaway. The road up is pretty steep and narrow but not a dealbreaker. All contact with management was great. I would not hesitate to rent again.

Great location… That’s about it.
The cabin is nice enough, but the maintenance and cleanliness was lacking. On the first night we discovered the hot tub was broken and we found men’s underwear on the bed by the headboard. One of the bathroom doors also doesn’t lock if you are worried about an interruption. We told maintenance about the hot tub and they said they would fix it and then we never heard back. The next night it was still broken and we called back and they said they would figure it out while we were gone for the day, which never happened. The jacuzzi in the room was also missing the drain plug and the sides were breaking off of it. While gathering our things before leaving we also found more leftover items from previous guests. The location was awesome and close to pigeon forge, but I wouldn’t plan on spending a significant amount of time at the cabin.

Fantastic Mountain vacation get away
We loved the cabin and the location!! Close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and serene. My only disappointment was that I could not use the hot tub because there was no steps to get in and out of it safely. It sure would have been nice to be able to use it. Would highly recommend that the owners purchase some steps for it. I also could not fill up the jetted tub with enough hot water to soak in it since the hot tub was not usable for me. Everything else was FANTASTIC. Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away to the mountains.

I would stay again!
Very clean property and close to town! The closet didn't have any hangers. The hot tub didn't work on the 2nd day so maintenance had to come and fix it. On our last day, before checking out, the electricity and water was cut off while my husband was showering. Despite a few inconveniences, the staff was very attentive to our phone calls. You also get a free daily ticket to different attractions around the city!

Wonderful cabin
Such a great cabin the privacy and solitude was great only negative marks I could even come up with are minor issues to me. First thing to mention is this cabins couch is a pullout couch which we didn't see listed on the website, toilet paper thats provided is very cheap, and the black pillow in the hot tub needs to be "snapped/pulled" off and cleaned it honestly looked like it's never been cleaned.

A great getaway spot
We enjoyed the location and it’s seclusion. The hot tub was wonderful and functioned well for cold January evenings. The location was great - you are secluded but close to town and activities. Walmart and grocery stores in close distance. We cooked our own meals and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. Just be prepared - you only have 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, 1 packet of dishwasher detergent so be sure to bring your own. We would definitely stay again.

Good place to get away
Nice and quiet location to get away too but still close enough to everything as well. The only issue we had was the dog hair left behind by previous group. Hair was mainly under the bed but ended up everywhere. We took our dog as well but she doesn’t shed😁 overall a great place to stay, very clean and well described. We will return to the “Hen House”

Perfect!
My son and I had an amazing time at Hen House! The view was amazing, sitting in the hot tub, or having a cup of coffee on the back porch looking over the valley was the perfect way to start and end each day. Super close to everything! The house had everything you would need too. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It was nice and quiet, very relaxing.

Beautiful and relaxing
We loved our stay at the Hen House. It was just the right size for my husband and I and our puppy. It’s in a very secluded location high up in the mountains with minimal neighbors. Also very close to town if you need anything. We brought our own pots, pan, plates, and utensils, and we needed none of it. Everything is provided and some. We will definitely be returning.

Ok
The cabin is actually very nice. The problem is that the forrage growth at the bac porch completely blocks what is supposed to be the view. To me, the main purpose of renting a cabin on the mountain is for that view. I could have rented a cabin in the woods if all I wanted to see was forrage from my porch. We will not be back.
