Lazy river and jump pad a big hit with kids. Option of pool and or lazy river. Full kitchen a plus so eating out is optional. Convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We didn't use Trolley, but it does stop there. Walmart and grocery stores nearby.

Overall a good place. Light bulbs were burnt out in the bathroom. Very noisy traffic. Don’t count on the pull out. It’s not even a mattress. It’s 3 pieces of the couch. Should not be advertised.

I had a very restful stay which was the purpose of the trip. I would very much like to stay again for longer to enjoy more of the amenities on site. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a short wait while my room was being confirmed ready, but it was worth the wait. The room was very clean and sufficiently stocked. The check out process was easy.

Our condo was perfect for what we needed. The only things that didn't work was the phone and the remote in the master. Didn't mind though we all have cells now and we wasn't there to watch tv..Very nice views from our balcony and the lazy river was exactly what we needed after a long day of motorcycle riding. Thanks for the accommodations

This property is a 10/10- location is convenient to Dollywood/The Island- our room was beautifully decorated and recently updated; clean and spacious. The pool/lazy river were amazing my kids had a blast! The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We will definitely be booking many more stay at this location as we frequent Dollywood several times a year!

Review of the RiverStone Condo Resort and Spa
This was an amazing apartment, beautifully decorated and homely, huge with a spa bath and two showers, very comfortable beds, convenient parking, well equiped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The reception staff were very professional and helpful. We couldn't use the lazy river due to the weather and my only criticism would be that we did plan to use the indoor poor but it didn't look clean lots of hairs floating on top, and the water in the jacuzzi looked discoloured, so we decided it was best avoided which for keen swimmers was a disappointment.
