Excellent communication throughout the booking. Easy to get to by taxi from the airport. The accommodation was beautiful with amazing views of the cathedral. As far as I can see, all the apartments have a perfect view. A great place for taking in the sites and sounds of the street below and good people (and parrot) watching. The interior felt luxurious with some special touches. The roof top was stunning. Highly recommended and we’re looking to book again soon.

Absolutely stunning! Dream come true location. This was our best stay of our entire trip around Spain. Very modern rooms but with the history and culture surrounding the hotel. The views of the cathedral were unreal and the terrace was incredible! It couldn’t get better than this, we will definitely be back.

First time in Sevilla, absolutely loved this apartment, the view from my unit was stunning best view of the cathedral, modern style, clean, and staff friendly and fast to answer. Shops, restaurants, tours are all walking distance. Looking forward to coming back in the future!!! 💯 recommend!

The room itself was great. You need to be aware that there are multiple properties with the same name, and two of them are right across the street from the cathedral. I chose the first Puerta Catedral that showed up on Google Maps which turned out to be the wrong one. I called the number (there is nobody there to help you after 5:30PM) and the person was not helpful. If she had just said, "We have two properties within 150M of each other, it's possible you are at the wrong location" we could have solved the issue in seconds. Instead there was about 5 minutes of her asking irrelevant questions. Good hotel, bad customer service. Definitely verify which location you are booked into. Also, parking is public parking far from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Puerta Catedral Suites in Seville, Spain, and it was a fantastic experience! The service was excellent from the moment I made my reservation. The suite itself was perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both equipped with showers, comfortably sleeping up to 7 people. The decor is modern, and the apartment was spotless. It had a full kitchen with everything we needed: a microwave, cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, juicer, toaster, plates, utensils, and a dishwasher. The only thing missing was a clothes washer/dryer, but there is a nice laundromat about 2 blocks away, which was very convenient. The best part is that it is located right across the street from the Catedral de Sevilla. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore all the city's major attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. Overall, my experience at Puerta Catedral Suites was outstanding. If you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay in Seville with excellent service and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to this beautiful city!

We stayed here for two nights the suite was clean, spacious and had everything that you needed in the kitchen. The rooms were spacious. And the terrace view amazing. The apartment is situated right in front of the cathedral. The communication with the customer rep was excellent.

You can’t beat this amazing location and head on view of the Cathedral! The stay was perfect for our group of 5 and the beds were comfortable with quality bedding. Bathrooms were basic but modern and spotless. Highly recommend this lovely place which also has a wonderful rooftop where we did our own yoga in the sunrise looking over the cathedral!
