A good sleep
Helpful staff & good location. Quiet room which was on the small size, but I think the suites are not that much more & look a lot bigger. Near the botanical gardens & walkable into Sheffield (down hill, but I'd get a taxi back up hill) Free parking was good. Food was nice. Bar area was a bit dull.

We stayed for one night as we had a concert in Sheffield city centre. The hotel and room itself were very clean and the room had everything we needed - including bath robes which we weren’t expecting! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great - we both had eggs Benedict and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely setting, quiet & good food
We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel, near to Weston Park Hospital. Halifax Hall was perfect - just 5 - 8 minutes away, quite (even though it is next to student accommodation) and with lovely food. Staff were always very helpful and polite. A good choice!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were superb and I actually mentioned this to reception because they made us feel very welcome. Nice room, good location for what I wanted and would stay again.
