Would not stay again.

The service at the front desk was very rude. As a former Marriott employee I was shocked at how unfriendly and unhelpful the front desk employee was. Also in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off in the room. It was piercing loud and when I opened the door to the hallway it reeked of tobacco smoke. In the morning there was no one to be found at the front desk to talk to about it. Besides that the room was clean and the breakfast spread was nice except for the cold coffee.

Need renovations

Room outdated, tub permanently stained, bedding stained possibly blood and other stains. The staff was very kind and courteous. Staff was helpful trying to make things right.

The shower / tub was slanted in , very weird. Shower never got warm. Flooring in bathroom looked like it was never deep cleaned. We did find a cockroach on the desk, but we did have a Taco Bell bag, so unsure if it came from Taco Bell or if it came out to eat with us. We were down here for a volleyball tournament which we ended at 10:30pm. Very limited on food options or stores to grab anything to eat.

Bathtub was black. Boogers were all over the bathroom counter. The hotel had no towels. We had two towels for three people. When going to the counter to ask for towels (that they didn’t have) the front desk lady didn’t even know we were there until we finally knocked on the counter due to her playing on her phone.

The room was pleasant, spacious, and clean, and breakfast was decent. However, I was disappointed by the receptionist's attitude at check-in and again when I asked her about a late check-out the following morning. Furthermore, I found it unusual to be charged for parking at a hotel without a parking garage, or valet. This was a first for me, having stayed at numerous hotels across the country.

Fix your parking lot

Parking lot has more craters than the moon. Almost turned my ankle twice. More 'Fairfield' letters on the building sign were out than lit. Very poor first and 2nd impression. Room was fine.
