TRASH THE LINEN
The kind host made the check-in process quick and efficient. There was only 1 guest elevator that worked the entire weekend. There was a sign that said an additional elevator was through the housekeeping washroom. It certainly seemed like an area guests should not walk through.
When we got to our room (#320) it was clean, spacious, and very warm and stuffy. We turned on the air conditioner that made a buzzing noise but it never came on. A service guy came up and began tinkering, but they eventually asked us to move rooms. We nephew's room on the 2nd floor never had working heat or air.
On day two, we requested a 2 fresh sets of towels. They only brought 2 large drying towels that were a dingy yellow color. When they brought the face towels they looked so awful they should be trashed. I wish I had taken pics.
Summary...
• They need to repair elevators.
• Fix the heat/air units.
• Invest in new linen.
• Breakfast was greeeat!!!
