Cracking find
This hotel was booked due to the advertised facilities and due to attending a gig nearby. The hotel is superbly situated, and our welcome was warm and friendly. The room and pool were great and the food good, also. Highly recommended

Great hotel.
Lovely bright room and love that we were able to book a room with 2 double beds so me and my friends could all stay together. Great air con in the room as well so we werent too hot. Great breakfast also included in our stay with a massive variety of food on offer. Hotel also has a pool which is great.

Great location for what we needed, clean and spacious room, bathroom modern but needed a bit of TLC, chipped paint on the door, shower not secure, plug didn’t work in the sink. Lamp shades seen better days, just little bits let it down. Tv small for size of the room, plenty of hangers, comfy beds, rooms not very sound proof, lots of noise from the corridor heard through most of the night. Friendly staff. Pool facilities good, bar open late, breakfast very good and fresh. For the price, I can’t complain. Id just say a few improvements would go a long way!

One staff member was great and couldn’t do enough to help, and all staff were polite and friendly. However several mistakes were made - we were checked out before we had left meaning housekeeping interrupted us several times, we were told the wrong time for breakfast meaning we missed it, the room service took far too long and when it came had errors (though in fairness to them they refunded the tray charge). Room was grotty, lots of dust and dead spiders. We pre-booked the pool as instructed but there was no staff there to let us in, and the area we were allowed to swim in was one lane, which we shared with 5 other people. The rest of the pool had 2 people. We booked this place in part because of the pool so it was a real disappointment to our daughter. Food was very low quality. Good amount of towels and nice grounds, lots of parking.

Comfortable stay and breakfast saves the day.
Seemed really well staffed who were attentive and polite. Rooms are exactly what you would expect from a holiday inn - clean, functional and everything works. Breakfast always saves the day at holiday inn - super choice and replenished frequently.
