There is no valet parking. There's no pool. The a/c went out in our room on the 1st night there. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I reserved my room through Expedia and the hotel trued charging me full price. That would have been 148$ over what I agreed upon through Expedia.

Cheap for a reason
Main building and casino are nice. My room in particular had mold on the outside of the shower and stained towels. I get at $64 a night you get what you pay for. I would pay a little more next time and stay on the other side of the river.

Overall I enjoyed the hotel establishment and Casino but in general, I couldn’t walk outside without someone asking me for money or giving me a pity story. Poker room was good. Sat down at two slot machines, with no one around, you know because I like space, within minutes someone came up and sat next to me and ask me for something, same like outside. So felt a weird pressure while trying to relax and gamble. Expect to be bothered. Establishment is on point tho and Catfish Entre was decent at Sportsmans

Loved how big and nice the rooms are and how comfortable the beds are! Did not like that the hotel is severely understaffed...There should not be a long line to check in when there are other computers/check-in stations available. There were also not enough people working the dining area, as there was a long line and long wait just to get a quick bite of food to go.

I got switched rooms because the sheets were dirty in one room. In the next room the sheets were ripped and there was blood on the walls. Very gross and dirty.

IMO. The room wasn't too bad, but they need several improvements. 1. The carpet was NASTY! Glad I packed my house slippers 2. The marble floor in the bathroom & in the shower was very slick (no bath mat) I felt it was dangerous. 3. The fridge had no shevles & was nit cooling 4. We had 2 guest & only 1 drinking glass & none in the bathroom. 5. Escalator was broke Good things 1 Cool AC 2. Nice staff 3. Allowed our pet,but no place to let them relieve themselves,only a strip of bark right by the busy road 4. The bed & pillows were comfy. No housekeeping was done during our two say stay. 5. Parking was free 6. The amenities smelt amazing! Hope this helps other travelers!!

What I liked was Vintage Steakhouse- great food, exceptional service. What was a dislike - Sportsman’s Cafe. That is nasty - horrible food, waiting almost 40 minutes at 9:30am bc they closed dining room down so kitchen could get caught up - plenty of empty tables and you were NOT allowed to sit at one. So many people walked away, such a huge loss of revenue. I’ve never heard of the only place to eat in a business doing something so crappy.

I had two rooms reserved in my name with my credit card attached to the rooms. I called to make sure no one could check in until i git there. I was assured, by the woman i talked to on the phone, would not be able to check in unless they had my id and cc. Upon arrival i am told someone checked into one of my rooms. How dare you
I had two rooms reserved. I had called to make sure that those rooms would not be checked into until I arrived. I was assured that that was not a possibility for anyone to check in until the person who had the room reserved arrived. When I arrived one of the rooms had been checked into. Who would do that? The room was in my name but someone claiming to be with . With a whole different name, was allowed to check into one of my rooms just because she said she knew me. Thank God it was my guess and not some person I did not know. Not happy!

I liked that it was close to the events I was attending. The room was another story. The wallpaper is peeling. It was dusty. The door didn't close properly. There were holes in the bedding. Basically, the rooms didn't match the lobby and the prices. Thus hotel definitely should have updated the rooms and not just change the name and hike up the prices.
