We had a bit of a mixed experience. Cold welcome, lots of noises (evening: restaurant on ground floor; late night: upper floor creaked; morning 7:30 every day rubbish truck made it imposs to sleep in), a breakfast buffet without any healthy options (no fruit, only sugary cereals, no nature yoghurt, nothing whole-grain…) lots of packaged sweet bakery items and packaged juices instead. Also, since only 3 breakfast tables available for 6 rooms, we always had to say in advance what time we would want to have breakfast. That (especially after a noisy night) was not ideal on holiday with children. - Lots of positives, too, though: since it was super central, we often went back during the day for a little pit stop; the little balcony (room no 1) is superb with view on Torre Mangia, and one of the ladies who served breakfast was extremely kind and even called us in the morning to say goodbye b/c she was absent that day. Small fridge was handy for picnic. Croissants at breakfast were delicious. Environmentally - the amount of packaging at breakfast was a minus but the option not to change towels a positive. - Overall i would go there again but not 5 nights (that was too long), bring earplugs and ask for healthier breakfast options (or BYO!)
