Welcome to our beach house! We hope you love it as much as we do. This single family, one story 1100 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2 full bathroom home is located one street off the beach in a quiet neighborhood & near some wonderful restaurants, ice-cream shop, convenience store, drug store & more. Guests have access to the pool, shuffleboard, & the clubhouse. There is a washer/dryer located inside the villa along with beach chairs, beach tent, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, and beach cart.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Great condo in a great location.
The condo was perfect for our group of eight. Six adults and two children in our group. Communication was great from the beginning until the end. I would recommend this rental to anybody.

Siesta key getaway
Property was clean and the space was more than adequate for our needs! Proximity to beach and restaurants made it extra special, and price was reasonable. Would definitely rebook!
