This condo is nicely situated on the 2nd floor and is a corner unit, providing wonderful cross-breezes all day long! The screened lanai provides spectacular Gulf coast views.
Main bedroom has a king size bed with desk area. Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin over twin bunk bed. New bed linens and bath towels are provided. Each bedroom has a spacious private bath and large walk-in closet. Sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and many extras (blender, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) - granite counter-tops! Iron and ironing board, hair dryers for your convenience.

Amazing!
We were celebrating (2) milestone birthdays this year 70 & 50. We were looking for some place close to the beach, we found it. There were a couple of small hiccups but Evan responded super fast, not only provided recommendations but also fixed an issue with the ac. We were super happy, had a great time. First impression when we walked into the condo was WOW this is really nice. All the rooms were very clean. Beach is just a walk across the road. Location, perfect! Evan is quick to return emails and text. He sent a message that the condo was available a few hours earlier which was really nice of him. We arrived the day before tropical Debbie did. Never experienced anything like that. We had a great vacation and planning the next one with Evan.

The condo was perfect for us on our family vacation. The beach was super easy to get to. We loved having the chairs and beach toys easily accessible. The condo was nice and clean and the screened in lanai was perfect to relax in the evening. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this condo. Condo was clean, had great amenities and good location. It even came with all the supplies for the beach, which was a huge plus! Even though we enjoyed our stay at this condo, the other condo owners that were there were not as friendly. They even made us feel unwelcome when using the amenities such as the pool, grills & shuffleboard area. Overall a great stay & would recommend visiting siesta Key!

Great response great location
We love crescent royale and loved the location of this unit. Easy access to parking and super quiet. The end unit also means that it has extra windows so more light. Super Tommy living area. The bunks in the second bedroom were a great alternative to just one bed. Reached out to Evan and got helpful responses quickly. Much appreciated.

Lovely condo in perfect location
First Siesta Key visit so had no idea what to expect. Detailed instructions provided by owner that made for quick & easy arrival. Beach is across street & public access parking lot but easy walk. Nearest food spot is actually at the beach pavilion which had surprisingly great Mahi tacos and decent breakfast options. Quartz-powder sand was amazingly soft and NOT scorching hot in August. Beach lifeguards in this section too which is good bc kids can get pretty far out in the calm waters. It’s walkable to Siesta Village but dark in spots at night so take free trolley or golf cart service or Uber. I would keep snacks/sweets well-stored (Tupperware was available) or in the fridge bc minuscule sugar ant will appear out of nowhere but really no issue. Enough beach chairs, towels, tubes/foam for 5-6 people. Nice pool area with outdoor shower to cool down after beach but keep in mind that shallow end is 4-ft deep so little ones need swimmies. Drive to Marina in Sarasota to go sailing and shopping in St. Armand Circle was 20-25 min. Even Busch Gardens was less than 1.5 hours to enjoy one day. Best part was screened lanai so enjoyed all day, every day with no mosquitos or bug issues. There are outdoor grills by pool but didn’t use them. Laundry is where storage lockers are located which is just down the corridor and requires minor credit card charge per load to wash & dry so only used as necessary.

Location best because at top of parking lot so only about 100 feet from sand. Condo was super clean and not covered with sand like most beach condos. Everything was very new and clean. Also close enough to be able to walk up to the village for dinners..shopping etc. will definitely stay there again!

This property is clean and beautiful. All of the furniture is updated and so comfortable and stocked with everything you need. This condo is just as pictured! Great location, seconds and steps from the beach. Amazing view and lanai overlooking the beach. Well stocked kitchen and had everything we needed!
