We had a room with a great balcony view. Room was clean and spacious. Liked the hot tub and outdoor pool area which had a covered/heated pool entrance room which would be great in the winter

Strange room layout
Our room layout was quite strange and it was very odd to find that our bed was a murphy bed despite that not being in the pictures of the room. The man on the front desk said I could not have an hour's late check out because they were fully booked which at the time, I accepted. However when I was in the lobby later that evening I overheard it being offered to someone else who was checking in for a price I would have paid. I then went online to find that the hotel was not fully booked after all and there were at least 5 of my room types available the next evening. I just don't really understand why he took it upon himself to lie. Very strange.

This is a clean charming facility. The staff are great and very friendly. The check in and check out were quick and easy. My room was clean and a good siz. There was also a balcony. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is OK, but staff and service are horrible. The Murphy bed is uncomfortable and inconvenient. Front desk person named Zara had bad attitude, was unprofessional and very rude towards customer, one of the worst that I have seen in hospitality industry. Upon return from the trip, found out that they over-charged one night w/ exaggerate rate despite the fact the stay was prepaid via Expedia. Need call the hotel twice to explain and reverse the charge. The whole experience w/ the property is beyond appalling. Will never stay there again!

It was in the 30 degree range and there was no heat. Hotel staff was rude and complained about the tourist. Had to wait 2 hours for our room after 4:00 pm. The restaurant was very nice and all the staff there were extremely pleasant. The man and women at the front desk were very dismissive and rude. Our car would have been warmer

We really like the location. Although it was away from the town center, we enjoyed the natural surrounding and did not mind the distance. The room was unique with the sleeping area as a loft. The only problem is that I get up several times at night to go to bathroom. I need to climb up and down a steep stairs. Otherwise, we will definitely return.

We knew going in that the room would have a Murphy bed. However, the mattress on the bed was as hard as sleeping directly on the wood of the bed frame! Very uncomfortable. Otherwise the room was quite nice and the hotel is a good place to stay.
