The bed & pillows were comfortable and clean. The view of the water is beautiful. Wish Expedia would have let me know the pool & hot tub was under renovation. Breakfast offered many choices.

Carpet in hallways stained throughout. Wallpaper in room peeling off walls. Entire hotel was chilly. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. One staff told us they are getting to re do the hotel, that’s good news because it’s over due.

Desperately needs updating…. Remodeling is happening, but I wouldn’t stay again until it’s finished. The cleanliness was questionable. Lots of long black hair on the sheets when pulled back and no one in my family has black hair. Curtains were very dirty and lamp base had something spilled on the base that wasn’t cleaned (looked like wax?) and lampshade was broken. The rooms aren’t very sound proof- large gap under door and could hear people in the hallway. Carpets in the rooms and in the hallways were very dirty and stained.

Comfy beds, Quite and Incredible View!

Beds were so comfortable and I loved the balcony. Wish the fireplace worked since I got the room partially for that. Floors are pretty sticky but I would stay there again cause loved the fact that you overlook the water with a water view room!!

I was very surprised when I returned to my room Saturday night Jan 11 2025 to find 5 Sheriff Deputies in the hallway leading to my room. This was very off putting and very unexpected for Silverdale, WA. This made me feel unsafe and unwilling to return to this hotel in the future. I would like a credit/refund of part of my stay for the inconvenience.
