Nothing as promised in the listing. Lists wood burning fireplace, but upon arrival a sign says your not allowed to use it. Hint: then don’t include it in your listing. Access code to pool didn’t work and pools at adjacent buildings were shut down. Specifically booked this property for pool access with my young kids. Bed linens for pullout couch were not even the right size! Submitted request for partial refund due to all the issues and was sent a ridiculously low amount. Vacasa’s local team is a complete joke and of no support.

Nothing as advertised
The Game room in the building was locked and I was told it wasn’t included even though it’s advertised. Pool and hot tub (as advertised as in the same building as the condo) were out of service as well as the one in the building next door that they tried to offer. There’s a sign in condo stating not to use fireplace so if that’s something you wanted to enjoy…look elsewhere. The management company will try to charge you $25 for lost items reported even if you offer to pick them up and even if they do not find the item. Reporting issues seems to come from someone who seems almost automated. I kept getting the same useless answers and I was told that I needed to take my issues to the HOA. Not a pleasant experience for my family at all.

Nice Condo with a few surprises
The unit appeared clean with welcoming decor, stocked well with essentials and in good repair but we did have a few surprises. The mattress in the master needs to be replaced-it has a crater in each side that makes you sink to the middle of the bed. The comforter had dried food on it. The mattress in the second bedroom is also old and needs to be replaced. Other than that, the unit was great. The pool and hot tub were open and water was very enjoyable and relaxing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The salt and pepper shakers were empty so we left the ones we brought with us (I hope that was ok), otherwise it had everything we needed to cook our meals each day and do the dishes-which there were plenty available to use! We did find a sign in the unit asking renters to run the dishwasher (which we always do), strip the beds and start a load of laundry. I thought that was a bit odd considering 1-the sign was dirty, 2-we pay a hefty cleaning fee, and 3-the email I received during our stay omits the laundry comment, however, the sign is posted in the kitchen asking renters to do it. The Housekeeping team also arrived before checkout, which caught us by surprise and made us feel rushed to get out. Other than that, we enjoyed our time there and would stay again with new mattresses. It's in a great location and the views are beautiful.

Hated the non personal local vacasa business model. Supplies and kitchen woefully lacking. NO communication or info on building....broken wagons for luggage hauling..needs a deep clean. I could go on...but I doubt you really care

A very practical and affordable stay. nice views of mountains.
Slept 8 comfortably. The pool is warm and the hot tub was nice, but doesn't open until 10:00am. The racquetball court and the tennis court was great for the kids. I hiked up the Lily ..... trail and saw two Bull Mouse, one cow and a calf, just hanging by the trail.

Wonderful stay
Prior to making our reservation I had read reviews about the elevator not working so I made contact asking if we could be assured it would be working upon arrival. My husband was having trouble with his sciatic nerve causing him a lot of pain and would not be able to walk the stairs. We were told that it wouldn’t be an issue. When we arrived, it wasn’t working. I called management and they were so kind and accommodating. The elevator was fixed the next day and all was good. We stayed in the same condo last year and it was just as nice as before. Check-in was much easier with the addition of the master key box. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a nice quiet place to vacation.

Comfortable stay!
Thank you for allowing us to stay and enjoy your condo home. We loved everything about it except the couch pillows were very flat and dirty and the bed pillows were very flat/overused, as well. Also, the sliding glass door blinds were broken which allowed alot of afternoon heat into the unit. Other than those 3 things, the place was very comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely refer our friends to you and thank you again for a great holiday stay!

Nothing really negative to say. The whole property needs a refresh but the unit is clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and the key pick up drop off with their management company went smoothly. Not a luxury place but that’s not what we expected. Would stay again.

Old & dated. Lampshades had holes. TV was a disappointment; no streaming, guide or info -basic cable I think. Manager entered unit while we we gone- without notice, for what we found out later was a random “safety check”. We had no water for hours- also no call or notice. I was in shower and barley got rinsed. No one else got a shower that day. The windows were tricky to open -first night was hot until we figured it out (the next day). It was clean so that was good but it wasn’t what we anticipated. I would not recommend this property.

Convenient
Our rental was covenient and very comfortable. It has a kitchen well-stocked with both cookware and dishes. The downsides: cold pool and hot tub the last day; minor repairs needed; and difficulty reaching anyone promptly. On 3 different occasions, we were unable to get in touch with anyone while planning our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! We stayed the week of August 4-10th. We had 2 adults and two kids.The condo was very comfy and up to date. Nice big fridge and stove to make meals. Our daughter has multiple food allergies, so we do most of the cooking on vacation. Kitchen had a few minor issues it could use a few new utensils, no scissors, colander was rusty and old and there we only two large sized glasses, every thing else was juice size so if you had more then two adults it could get a little challenging with drinks. Also another issue was there were no wash clothes or drying towels, so it made it a little difficult to wash and dry items. They did however, have plenty of dishwasher pods and garbage bags so that was a plus! Beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with towels and toiletries. Views from the balcony were amazing, the only issue we had was the set of balcony doors on the left the screen is in need of a complete repair or replace. It was wide open and we had to keep that door closed as we didn't want bugs in the house. Also the shade in the Master is also in need of repair or replacement as it doesn't move up (accordion style) It made it difficult to get air flow in the room as we couldn't get the shade to stay up and with no air, it got hot at night. Overall a great place, just a few little items to tend to, but it was a wonderful place to stay! Pool and hot tub were also a nice treat on the lower level of the building and easy to get to.
