Highly recommend the place - clean and convenient.

The whole family had a fantastic time. Yep the hotel is old but the pools and water park are well maintained and they’re basically the star of the hotel. Kids have an amazing time at the water park. We had satisfactory meals at the hotel’s restaurants as well though we only got daily breakfast and went to the Japanese ramen restaurant on site for dinner one night. All round good. Now the hotel is clearly old, but it looks like efforts have been made to maintain it. We got the cheapest room standard oceana A and it was comfortable, what matters the most the strong air conditioning and the soft beds - they get right. They also show attentiveness to the needs of guests. There is a drying rack for you to dry your clothes in every room, they know you’ll need it as a beach resort where almost all the guests would have spent time in the ocean or pool.

***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had no control over the volume. The Roku remote did work for finding an app to stream something. If you are off island, and do not want to incur any international charges, whatsapp is what most people use in Guam. The communication was prompt in VRBO, but it was a lot . You will most likely told to contact an onsite property manager, who is not connected to the VRBO meessage system. This caused a lot of back and forth trying to get everyone on the same page and is how I found out they had more than one property tied to this listing. This location has a better living room set than the picture. It's now a long l-shaped couch if you and your BFF wanna lay down and watch TV without touching feet! Outlets were available in the bedrooms and kitchen, none in the living room unless you juggle some things around. I'd stay here again if i need to be in that area.

This particular property is accessible to a lot of things: Payless grocery was just walking distance; if you don't have a car, there are 2 bus stops (same route/line) near it. One of their main stops/terminals is a 27-30min walk. The park to the area; post office, mayor's office, public library and a small mall with a Ross store is also within walking distance. The place itself is clean and very spacious. The kitchen has microwave, toaster, coffee maker and range stove with oven to make meals which we enjoyed. Ms. Dina and Ms. Queen were very helpful; quick check-in and out as well. Will definitely recommend this property
