good for a short getaway
The hotel seems to have been recently renovated, so it looks nice. The room was spacious and the view was gorgeous, but there were gross stains on carpet, chair and towels. The restaurant is beautiful, but the food was tasteless. Beach staff was very helpful. You will need a car to go anywhere.

I booked a corner ocean view and the balcony had at all time of my stay a big puddle of water. Called front desk twice they came to clean and minutes later the same thing a puddle of water again. A big roach came out by in the room. For the price I spent I will not recommend this place. I had better expectations of this hotel.

TERRIBLE SERVICE WITH BILLING. I had an issue on my account where I was charged twice and when I tried to discuss it with PATRICIA she argued with me. When I asked for the manger she questioned me and hung up. When I called again the same thing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

This hotel did not have a friendly environment. I had asked for assistance and the hostess rolled her eyes and shrugged me off. I had another hostess do the same later that night. The hotel’s restaurant doesn’t have much to choose from.

The hotel room with balcony facing the beach was beautiful. What I did not like is that we had to pay close to $800 for two nights and we stressed about the toilet clogging, no shower gel, the person that cleaned the room left the balcony door open so by the time we came back the rug and floors throughout the room was wet, the shower gel was changed but the empty bottle was left on the counter for us to throw away and a roll of paper was also left on top of the counter for us to put away and the coffee maker took for ever to make. Not what I was expecting from a resort that charged so much for just two nights. It’s a pretty place but I will not go back.
