Overcharging
First they give a room with ocean view while they charge me for with ocean front. When i told the desk they told i need to pay an extra 140 dollars to get the ocean front room that They had already charged me for. After i checked out they add so fee that wasn’t included previously. I have to ask for my room to be clean by the cleaning service and i did get enough towels to use. The food wasn’t good either. This hotel was a ripe off.

Has so much potential. Pros; Great beach and pool. Nice property. Free parking, has a (very small) gym Cons: Service took forever at the restaurant, bartender was really rude, when you would call the front desk for things they would never come (pillows, the “included” water bottles that we never got), walls were paper thin and the couple fighting in the room next to us kept us up all night & woke us in the morning. It’s in a great area and definitely hs potential to be a top rated hotel.

The hotel is understaffed. Corridors were dirty. Everything just seemed a bit used/unkept Pool area is small- no sun- buildings around block light staff not very helpful at the front desk. Rooms clean but corridors were not kept up- I kept seeing the same dirt on floors/dust/papers on corners all week we were there. Expensive for what I got. I booked through travelocity- did not get the rooms I booked and when I asked about the price differences in the build, they couldn't give me an answer because "i booked through a third party" Not staying here again. Lots of other options out there.
