We have been staying here for many years over Christmas and it’s always kinda crazy getting checked in. I think a 3rd or 4th person on staff for that would be amazing. Esp if they are sold out. Standing in line for 30-45 minutes is a bit much

The staff there were great. Very helpful and friendly. However, we had bedbugs in our hide-a-bed. The staff did not charge us for our rooms, but I don’t see me staying at any hotel after that experience.

We love this hotel and have never had the chance to have a poolside room. We will now ALWAYS ask for one, the staff was super nice. It seemed I forgot alot of toiletries and they provided them.

The perfect spot in Sioux Falls with children! The waterpark was a huge hit with our 5 year old, the staff were welcoming and the rooms were spacious and clean. We will be back next time were stopping through Sioux Falls!
