Staff was great, amenities great, convenience great for attending at Denny Sanford, bathroom in lobby not clean, carpets were really worn. Great overall but I expect better quality from the Sheraton.

I stay here almost every time I come to Sioux Falls. It's nice to be out of the hubbub of the more commercial areas of the city and my kid really loves the glass elevator and the waterfall in the lobby. I tried to get room service this time to support the hotel and it wasn't the most user-friendly experience, but it was really good food when it arrived.

The breakfast in the morning at the hotel was a terrible choice and they seemed short staffed and quite unfriendly. The check-in staff were nice and accommodating however. Extremely convenient when attending a concert.
